Uniformly Reviews & Product Details

Uniformly is uniform management software for hotels, resorts, casinos, cruise lines, clubs and any operator that issues uniforms to its people, and for the commercial laundries that serve them. Each garment has one record: who holds it, when it was issued, its condition, its wash count and every trip to the laundry. Staff issue and return garments by scanning with a phone camera, a barcode scanner or a UHF RFID reader. Offboarding shows what a leaver still holds. Laundry batches are reconciled on four counts that the operator and the laundry both see, so missing items are settled from the record. Par levels from headcount, reorder by size, budgets and exportable reports keep purchasing honest. Each customer's data is isolated at the database, with role-based access and an exportable audit history. Start free for up to 30 managed employees, with no expiry and no credit card. Paid plans start at US$79 a month, and laundry providers get a free workspace.
