umo: AI Sport Scientist Reviews & Product Details

umo is a neuroscience-based readiness platform that helps coaches manage athlete training load at scale. Each morning, every athlete on the roster gets a NeuroScore from 0 to 100 that shows how prepared their nervous system is to train, combining five inputs into one signal: heart rate variability (HRV), sleep, reaction time, tremor, and a quick subjective wellness check-in. For coaches, that signal rolls up into a single dashboard. umo automatically flags who is ready to go hard, who needs a modified session, and who should be pulled back, so issues get caught before they turn into overtraining or injury. Athletes connect the wearables and assessment tools they already use, including Apple Health, Garmin, Oura, Whoop, Fitbit, and Elite HRV, so there is no new hardware to roll out and nothing extra to buy.
