The platform is easy to use, with the correct skill level, and is an essential part of our day-to-day operations which integrates with other systems of ours. It is also very reasonably priced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Connection can sometimes time out which sometimes causes errors but it is easy enough to fix and also may be a localised issue to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app somehow blends ease of use with extremely powerful functionality and customization. This tool has empowered our technology-proficient staff (non-programmers) to build very powerful and useful applications. The entire experience of building tools on this platform is oddly fun and satisfying.
We also leverage their managed on-prem hosting. This provides us the increased security, control, and features of on-prem (e.g., SSO), without having to worry about the overhead of maintaining additional Azure/AWS resources.
Additionally, support is extremely responsive and helpful. They provided a custom Slack channel and provide near instant support anytime we need it.
Our current integrations include MySQL (via AWS RDS) and SSO (via Azure AD). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With the current pricing model, it's rather expensive to add additional "end-user roles" if you need to granularly adjust permissions across different user groups.

I love the possibilities you have when working with UI Bakery. I feel like there are rarely any limits. We are using UI Bakery almost every day as an interface between our live database system and our Customer Success Team and are highly satisfied with it. It is very easy to use, and was quickly implemented in our systems. Customer Support is exceptional, I get immediate responses from Matvey, who is easily the best Customer Support person I have ever talked to across any tool we are using.
