**What do you like best about Typewise?**

Features such as text prediction, spelling and checks grammar allowed agents to perform more efficiently and with better quality. The biggest value of Typewise was the ability to learn the most commonly used terms and phrases in our project. Therefore allowing it to provide relatable text predictions for our agents.
The ability to integrate itself about any browser tool makes it highly adaptable to any project using cloud based platforms.

**What do you dislike about Typewise?**

Typewise efficiency calculation is based on estimates, it would be really more valuable to investigate ways of calculating actually gained time.

**What problems is Typewise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typewise has improved text communication quality which benefits are project as we used several non-voice channels.

**What do you like best about Typewise?**

Simply - the results check out. My organization set an ambitious efficiency target to achieve with communication assistant and selected Typewise to deliver the tool 
- AI model trained on data we've shared works considerably better (higher accuracy) when compared to another supplier where similar data was used to train the AI model - it does what it's supposed to do;
- they're solution oriented and ready to work on customizations,
- support and communication with Typewise partners is of highest standard,
- end users really enjoy working with Typewise - we would never achieve the efficiency goal if it wasn't for the users to genuinly like it and take advantage of it's funcionalities,

**What do you dislike about Typewise?**

Not much really - the challenging part, as part of my organization's due diligence concerning AI adoption, was to gather some in-depth information about data processing - would be great if such details were more accessible and shared proactively and up front. Having said that - in the end, we still managed to gather all the necessary information and implement the desired functionalities.

Enabling multi-language Customer Service department to respond to customers with good quality and time save - also promoting specific Tone of Voice usage among the advisors.

I think some of the predictions and ability for snippets are helpful.

**What do you dislike about Typewise?**

Reporting is okay, but lacking.  We are trying to push our call center team to utilize it more but the reporting makes it a little difficult to pinpoint issues.  If we can get more ability to modify dates better, and then drill down further on individual users vs. just the team I think that would help alot and make sure we are getting everything out of Typewise that we can.

Trying to help shorten the length of time of typing notes or sending out emails.

**What do you like best about Typewise?**

The upsides of using Typewise are that the system suggests and anticipates sentences/words that we often use in our interaction records and emails to business partners , this helps us to be faster and spend less time completing our written communications.
The ability to create customizable Snippets is very important and facilitates our work in writing often repetitive emails. It helps a lot in writing in foreign languages, in correcting words with particular accents and diaeresis. It helps to correct typing errors.

Sometimes it suggests a long sentence and if the agent only needs half of it, they have to insert it completely and then delete up to the desired point.

**What do you like best about Typewise?**

It supports our clerk on their daily writing activities. The time saving is measurable and the impact our time to markekt significant. This alone speaks for the product.

**What do you dislike about Typewise?**

It's a browser extension, which is on one side perfect for most use cases and also my preferred personal way. But it comes with the downside, that it can't be used on native, local apps. Looking into the future I don't think this is an issue, but I think currently a lot of people still use local or native apps.

I makes our clerks work faster, make less mistakes and gives an overall company wide "sound" to each text. This way we make sure we communicate in a harmonized way, regardless of the individual writing to a customer. It also supports us on working with multiple languages.

It makes the life of our agents in the help desk so much easier. we have a big improvment on typing speed and also less typing errors. its also possible to guide agents to adapt a kind of writing style. Our agents are using it on daily basis and they would not like to work withut it anymore. its easy and quickly implemented into Zendesk and the customer support of typewise is alwasy available if something is not working as it should.

The collaboration is fast, simple, uncomplicated and is always proactively initiated by them. Suggestions for improvement are always listened to and implemented quickly. In addition, the product can keep pace with the market and is constantly being developed further.

Basically nothing. The user experience of the tool is not perfect in every case, but that's complaining on a high level.

User fiendly, it does what it's supposed to do, plain and simple. Great feature of the translator-on-the-go.

I wish the predictions were more reactive, sometimes one digits stuff and no suggestions come up. I suppose I would expect it to "dare" more and suggest something at all times: there is always a way to finish a word or a phrase.

This keyboard is absolutely amazing. It works smoothly. Setting it up was a breeze. At first I had a trouble getting used to the layout. Once I got the hang of it typing became so much easier. I also love that theres potential for updates and new features. Typewise has definitely exceeded my expectations. I cant wait to see what they have in store for us next. Course theres always room for improvement especially when it comes to automating processes and integrating technologies.

**What do you dislike about Typewise?**

Typewise claims to enhance our agents writing speed. In my experience it doesnt always catch grammar or writing mistakes accurately. This means we still need to proofread our responses to maintain quality. While it does provide customer service responses with its text prediction and auto correction features theres still room for improvement in terms of efficiency and overall performance.

**What problems is Typewise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Typewise addresses the issue of touchscreen typing, with its keyboard that eliminates typos. The unique hexagon keys have significantly improved my typing accuracy and efficiency. It has made a difference in my business by allowing me to type faster and make mistakes. Its truly a game changer!

Typewise enables our customer service to work faster and more efficiently. It was important to us that we can communicate personally with our customers despite text modules. With Typewise this is possible, because we can compose the text modules ourselves and also keep them up to date. That's why we decided to use Typewise.

I would love it if we could create multiple groups in the admin portal that can be used by the same agents. In our customer service there are 3 different groups, they should all have access to all templates.

To be honest, so far nothing! We could use Typewise even more - but this is an internal challenge, nothing to do with Typewise.

Typewise supports the process in communication efficiently and very comfortably. In particular, the AI-learned text suggestions as well as the quick access to already existing text modules are possible, which can be maintained via an admin portal. In addition, the quality is measurably increased by spelling and grammar functions.

The young innovative team has announced great product enhancements for the future, which will also be relevant for us.

Together with the great Typewise team, we have improved the quality and efficiency of customer service in a very short time! Automatic completion of emails, correction of typing errors, and suggestions for possible grammar improvements have made this possible. All this based on our own past communication style and tone of voice.
