Tyllus AI Reviews & Product Details

Tyllus is an import operation that can proactively manage itself. It is not another shipment tracking tool! Most logistics software tells you where your cargo is. Tyllus helps make sure the work required to move that cargo actually gets done. Built for companies importing into the United States, Tyllus actively coordinates the operational workflow between your team, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. It follows up with partners, requests shipment updates and documents, collects and organizes responses, monitors container movements and ETA changes, tracks outstanding actions, and surfaces problems before they turn into delays, demurrage, or costly operational mistakes. Think of Tyllus as an always-on import operations manager working alongside your team. Instead of your employees spending their day asking: “Is the cargo ready?” “Has the booking been confirmed?” “Where is the Bill of Lading?” “Did the broker receive the documents?” “Has the ETA changed?” “Who are we waiting for?” “What shipment needs attention right now?” Tyllus continuously keeps track of those workflows and makes the next required action visible. Unlike traditional TMS, shipment visibility, or global trade management software, Tyllus is built around the work happening between companies; the emails, documents, follow-ups, responses, deadlines, changes, and exceptions that import teams still manage manually every day. Tyllus brings together: - Automated follow-ups with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers - Shipment and purchase order workflows - Automatic document requests and collection - Shipment-specific communication history - Live container tracking and ETA monitoring - Missing-document and operational exception detection - Customs workflow coordination - Landed cost and duty visibility - AI-assisted document review - A complete operational history for every shipment The result is not simply better visibility. Tyllus is an import operation that can proactively manage itself. Your freight forwarder can move the cargo. Your customs broker can clear it. Tyllus makes sure everything in between keeps moving.
