I like how clean and ACCURATE Periscope is in regards to reporting. I LOVE have you can make custom reports and rearrange data. It helps tremendously in reporting team/product performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I dislike about Periscope is that it takes awhile for the true information to populate. I know we can refresh, but sometimes it still takes longer than that to report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am not sure how I found Periscope, but I loved the app after discovering it. I love the fact that you can watch thousands of people online streaming from a certain location in the world. I have made friends off periscope. It is very easy to use and fun.

I have streamed a few times and it is very easy to get viewers while streaming.

I with there was a way to use your gopro to stream. For example: periscope app could ask if you want to use an external camera on android phones to broadcast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love about Periscope is that it is an easy way to share what I am doing at the current moment. If there is a conference or speaker that I want others to hear I can stream. I can stream myself teaching or sharing too. It's an easy way to put myself out there as a salesman and to let others find what I have to offer. I don't like how explicit it can be. You have to be careful what you search or come across as some content can be highly inappropriate. I believe the app is for 17+ so it makes sense why this content is allowed but oh well. I also don't like how few users there are, it isn't the most popular social media platform out there but it does have its uses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how easy it is to navigate both to view and to go live. It is very very VERY user friendly. It provides us with such a create connection to the world around us, allowing us to grow and learn from a NUMBER of people. I think this platform could be very useful for life long learners like myself who want easy access to knowledge, especially from the peace of their own home. I dislike the loading time. I think this is just because of the mass amount of information available, but I have a hard time loading the software both on my home network and work network. Perhaps this is due to the interface when you first log in? I'm not sure - but this is a small (but inconvenient) issue I have had with Periscope. Luckily, it hasn't deterred me from the product! Some of the things that I dislike is that there is static when watching a live or video recorded. Another thing is that the video thumbs are extremely small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an easy set-up. The picture is clear and loads quickly. The channels have wide-ranging interests and varied content. They seem to match the description almost 100% of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunalely, it just doesn't have the reach of Facebook so its usually not the first option that people think of when they are live-streaming. It is a better product but just doesn't have the sheer numbers of subscribers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Periscope is an extremely useful tool, as it allows you to go live on Twitter and stream for your audience. It is a great way to instantly get access to your followers and engage with them. A useful tool is that it allows you to save your perisope so that people can view it later if they missed out when you were live. I wish that there was capability for more than one user to live stream to periscope at once. If you could combine periscopes it would be great for doing live interviews. There is also no way to pause the stream while you are live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Periscope was able to connect me with my students and others on campus for "reaching them where they are". I had a student use it to promote a recurring seminar he is starting for students on campus on leadership and the response was great for him. I did not like that during his video I had some difficulty with seeing other viewers comments. When I initially began the live video I was able to see it but after I got off and back on it was not longer available to me. It was my first time using it so I'm sure I would have been more knowledgeable on to correct the issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked most about Periscope is the ability to live stream events and promotions to social media. Ability to interact with your viewers is a plus. Very easy to start a broadcast and end a broadcast. Like the easy ties to the Twitter platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
