THE UI/UX is also good enough for starting your online course and it looks decent, so your students may like the easy navigation. Front-end submission is a nice feature that makes the who process a lot simpler as you do not need to dive into the deep waters of back-end WordPress. The plugin also has built-in add-ons like Zoom, certificate builder, grade book, prerequisites and so on. In terms of price, it is still more affordable than LearnDash, LifterLMS and LearnPress. The best thing is that it is a self-hosted solution and you do not need to buy any upsells from the developers. The development team has also reduced the plugin sized significantly, so it is quite lightweight now. Even the free version of the plugin is enough for launching your online course. The premium version has more features, but one should check the comparison table on their site to decide if they need those premium features at all. The plugin also has a yearly subscription and a lifetime plan, something that many other top plugins do not have anymore. **What do you dislike about Tutor LMS?** Even though the product was released in April 2019, and now it is version 1.9.1 at the time of writing this review, Tutor LMS is still quite buggy. Previously, the development team was rolling out updates quite often - sometimes every week. The recent updates come out with a one-month interval, so if you or someone else has reported a bug, it may take a few weeks before it is resolved. The UI looks fine, but the design still looks like in some other plugins and it would be great if the development team revamped it to look more modern. It is still not clear how to do live one-on-one lessons with different students, though this feature is present. Support responds slowly and only during their business hours, which is inconvenient. **Recommendations to others considering Tutor LMS:** I recommend users try out a free version of the plugin and see if it works well for their use case. You may be tempted to buy a lifetime license, but I still recommend you start with a one-year subscription to see if your business evolves. If you are sure about business idea and demand for your course? then go ahead and buy a lifetime license. You should not expect this plugin to be a perfect solution, as it is still being developed. You may come across bugs and other minor issues, but you can turn to the support team to see if they can help. **What problems is Tutor LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tutor LMS is a go-to solution if you need to start your online course quickly and almost free of charge.
