Was not at all impressed by the features, it is very coding intensive. The screen mapping tool works on pixel perfection which is just a waste. Not suitable for an enterprise level automation, although that is what it is meant for. **What problems is Tungsten RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was supposed to help us on automating some tedious manual tasks and save us some FTEs. Only successful use case so far had been to automate file transfer between folders, required on some legacy tool integrations. ### 10.
