Overall speed and performance are also good. The pricing for the platform subscription feels worth it, and once certificates are issued, you really see the value. When I was onboarded onto the platform, I was provided with dedicated executive support. There’s also an AI intelligence bot that helps with navigation. **What do you dislike about TruScholar?** That this service should be available in free also for the institutes who can't afford. So they can also use this type of technology. **What problems is TruScholar solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were facing the problem of creating bulk certificates manually. After some time, I came to know about TruScholar, and we used their e-certificate bulk service. Now we can issue thousands of certificates with just one click. ### 2.
