Troppus Reviews & Product Details

Troppus is a shared inbox and ticketing tool for small support teams. Customers email your support address, each conversation becomes a ticket your team can work on together, and replies go out from your own domain. It includes team inboxes, assignment, internal notes, watchers, canned replies, managed signatures, custom statuses, tags, filters, saved views, and optional AI-assisted drafting with your own OpenAI key. Troppus is email-first and doesn't include live chat, so it suits teams whose support mostly happens over email.
