This is one of the most helpful options this software contains among others in its. Contacting and looking for assistance is no problem the staff gets back to you as soon as they can. Answering all questions and giving you the assistance you deserve with any issues that may come across. **What do you dislike about Trend Micro ServerProtect?** Pricing and other options should be a little clearer. The deception of advertising a product for free then adds other non-accessible options without being clear on the exact features you will be receiving for free makes this application very unhelpful. Later it stopped working and when I tried to repair it did not work so ultimately I had to remove everything and install but it was not easy. Point here is uninstall/cleanup is not easy (1 click solution should be). It binds several registry entries and many times that failed to clean. We can use this learning to create the policies. **What do you dislike about Trend Micro ServerProtect?** Resource consumption is one of the issues I observed on a few servers, especially database servers, as it consumes slightly more resources. Like quarantine files and some options you can't access. Also pre define periodic scanning you can't change. Moreover, it's a cross-modified platform to get into the Enterprise environment. The policy can be pushed centrally without getting into a particular server. Easy to administrate. **What do you dislike about Trend Micro ServerProtect?** The most disliked option so far to me is sometimes slowing down the machine in rare cases due to deep scans. Not sure why this has been for a enterprise product that gets into Server kinda stuff. **What problems is Trend Micro ServerProtect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its scan engine scans most of it. The most beneficial solution is its incremental update mechanism and is pushed to the targeted Servers. That mechanism includes the pattern for new files for viruses that have been added. ### 16. This kind of software that works in multiple aspect can be hard to come by, however, this one covers all of the basics! **What do you dislike about Trend Micro ServerProtect?** I dislike how slow this program can run. It's possible I just have a much older system running it, but I wish it could be up to speed. The protection this program offers is A1 and I would definitely recommend! **Recommendations to others considering Trend Micro ServerProtect:** This software offers protection of server and server files running on a Linux operating system. As this system is not entirely on the up and coming trend of OS preference, a software that offers protection for its servers in the many aspects this program offers is quite remarkable.
