Trainrr Reviews & Product Details

Trainrr is a coaching platform built for independent fitness coaches who want to spend less time managing spreadsheets and more time coaching. The product was created after seeing how many coaches were juggling Google Sheets, WhatsApp, PDFs, and multiple apps just to manage training programs, check-ins, and client communication. Trainrr brings those workflows into one simple, modern system that’s designed to scale as a coaching business grows. Coaches use Trainrr to schedule and deliver workouts, track client progress, manage weekly check-ins, and communicate directly with their clients - all in one place. The platform is intentionally focused on practical tools that coaches actually use day-to-day, without unnecessary complexity or bloated features. Trainrr is actively developed with direct input from real coaches. Features are shipped regularly based on feedback, and the product roadmap is shaped by how coaches work in the real world, not by enterprise checklists. Support is handled directly by the team, so feedback and issues are responded to quickly and personally. The goal of Trainrr is simple: help coaches run more organised, professional coaching businesses while giving their clients a better experience. There are no long-term contracts, no lock-in, and coaches can export their data at any time. If you’re a coach looking to simplify your systems and focus on delivering better results for your clients, Trainrr is built for you.
