TrainRBoost Reviews & Provider Details

Puna is a bodyweight training app built for people who want to get stronger without a gym, equipment, or complicated plans. Open the app, pick a program, and start training in under a minute. Sessions are 15 minutes or less — designed to fit into real life, not take over it. The app includes 11 structured programs across three pillars: Foundation (build strength from scratch), Intensity (circuits, AMRAP, EMOM for endurance and calorie burn), and Mastery (progress toward advanced moves like handstand push-ups, L-sits, and pike push-ups). Each program follows a clear week-by-week structure with adaptive progression — volume increases only when you're ready. Puna is built for every level. Complete beginners start with wall push-ups and guided onboarding. Intermediate users get progressive overload and varied formats. Advanced users work toward technical skills most apps don't even touch. What makes Puna different: → No random daily workouts — every session is part of a structured plan → Adaptive difficulty that adjusts to your actual level → 24+ bodyweight exercises with clear progression paths → Built-in tracking: reps, streaks, personal records, weekly volume trends, calendar heatmap → Clean dark-mode UI with haptic feedback and live timers → Zero equipment required — train at home, in a park, or in a hotel room Puna is made by TrainRBoost and currently available on iOS and Android. Whether you're doing your first push-up or chasing a freestanding handstand, the app meets you where you are and gives you a clear path forward. Earn XP after every workout. Build streaks. Unlock badges. Earn Boost Coins to protect your streak or double your XP. On the days you don't feel like training, these small wins make the difference.
