"Rigid System with Automation Perks"
2/5
What do you like best about TRADOGRAM?

I like how TRADOGRAM consolidates everything in one place with all our suppliers, making it easier to track spend. I also appreciate the automatic PO issuance feature, where once the approval workflow is completed, it sends out to suppliers automatically. The automation aspect was a big reason why we transitioned to TRADOGRAM. the support we have received from Brandon, who has been great. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Brandon, and we are very grateful for the free customisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRADOGRAM?

It can be quite rigid in the sense it's not flexible to customize fields relevant to our operations. And when we pay for customisation it is rolled out to other clients for free, which is unfair. TRADOGRAM does not offer a tailored package - so some modules we don't use at all but yet we have to pay for the full package. We've seen multiple approval issues where certain approvers have been bypassed despite the threshold. The RFQ function is also rigid, meaning we have to open the whole system, impacting the governance of our items. When changing or adding prices, it displays the old pricing as well as the new, which confuses our teams. You can't update pricing in one area; you have to update it in multiple locations, which is time-consuming. The currency setup is challenging, as the main account is in GBP and our suppliers work in USD, impacting the thresholds for approvals. Also, suppliers are unable to see attachments on POs. "Intuitive, Customizable Platform with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about TRADOGRAM?

I like that TRADOGRAM is customizable to our needs, intuitive to use and set up. The customer service I have experienced to date has been outstanding. Even with users who have limited technical knowledge, the platform is fairly easy to use. The personal and genuinely invested customer service personnel provide added help, which is value you almost cannot put a price tag on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRADOGRAM?

The only area I found which could be improved upon, would be a little more in the way of options when it comes to listing items in inventory, mainly pertaining to quantities and packaging which varies widely. When you aren't able to pin down exactly the best way to enter certain items, that can present some challenges, you have to adjust to fit with the options you are limited to, and this can be a bit tricky. I imagine when importing CSVs and such this could be better. Not that it isn't good, and not that many options aren't accounted for, just not all. We did not integrate or migrate this into other software we use, as it wasn't cleanly compatible, without an additional expense. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ihab El-Waly of TRADOGRAM

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We really appreciate it.

We’re glad to hear TRADOGRAM has been intuitive and flexible for your team, and your kind words about our customer support mean a lot to us.

We also appreciate your input on inventory options and integrations. We understand how complex packaging and quantity variations can be, and improving flexibility in these areas, including CSV imports is something we’re actively working on.

"Streamlined Purchasing with User-Friendly Interface"
4/5
What do you like best about TRADOGRAM?

I like the user interface and ease of use of TRADOGRAM. It makes it easy for multiple people to access the same information, which is really convenient for our team. I also appreciate the codability of the software, allowing it to suit our specific needs. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the training modules and having people who already knew how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRADOGRAM?

I don't like how I have to get an independent quote and then input it into TRADOGRAM to create a purchase order. It would be better if I could contact the vendor directly through TRADOGRAM and have the quote automatically encoded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Company that mixes politics with business - avoid them!"
0.5/5
What do you like best about TRADOGRAM?

Initially, TRADOGRAM looked appealing because it seemed to have a nice user interface. During the brief period that I could access it, the UI appeared visually appealing, suggesting that it would likely facilitate user interaction, but it didn't turn to be easy to set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRADOGRAM?

I experienced a sudden blockage of the service from TRADOGRAM without any prior warning, which impeded my usage after only a few hours of testing. This abrupt service disruption was due to the company's policy regarding areas of conflict, affecting my access because my headquarters is based in Israel. Furthermore, reaching customer support and the Client Success Manager took several days, culminating in a blunt response about the blockage. Additionally, I encountered challenges with the initial setup process, which was not as straightforward as expected. Although the user interface initially seemed pleasant, the system was not intuitive and made handling tasks like purchase orders difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ihab El-Waly of TRADOGRAM

Thank you for your feedback and for noting your positive impression of our user interface!

We’d like to clarify that Tradogram does not mix politics with business. We maintain compliance and ethical policies that are applied consistently across the business. Your account was affected by a company-wide policy related to operating in certain jurisdictions and was not a personal or selective action.

We’ve reviewed our records and can confirm that all inquiries from your account were responded to on the same day. We also do not see any purchase orders created during the trial period.

We appreciate the feedback on onboarding and usability, and continue to improve these areas to make the experience more intuitive.

With peace and love!

"It is a very complete program for the purchasing area where you can have control of everything."
4.5/5
What do you like best about TRADOGRAM?

The most useful thing is that you can keep track of everything, such as materials received, invoices issued, whether invoices have been paid, what's still pending, project information, and various types of reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TRADOGRAM?

There is nothing to dislike as such, it is just that sometimes it is a bit tedious to add an item to the purchase order and not only sell it to one supplier, since when creating the purchase order you have to go back and register that item with that supplier to be able to select the item or well not register it but select the supplier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
