How simple/easy to calculate is licensing?
- If the quantity metric is known (endpoint or monthly call volume), pricing is trivial to calculate. If it is not known, pricing is more difficult to calculate but can be determined within reasonable accuracy during the sales process using either existing tools (Load Balancers, API Gateways, etc) or a POV of Traceable’s solution.
Is there a free tier for evaluations?
- IA guided evaluation is available to qualified prospects at no charge.
What are setup costs, in terms of both install and config?
- We offer Premium Support plans with enhanced onboarding and consulting assistance, however, that is not a necessity. Most customers are able to install and configure within days to weeks.
- What regular maintenance is expected of customers?
- Depending on deployment type and data collection methods, can be as low as once per month to more regular. No additional cost.
