TotalOps Enquiry Actioner Reviews & Product Details

TotalOps Enquiry Actioner is AI software that automates handling customer inquiries across channels like WhatsApp, email, and chatbots. It manages workflows from the initial message to task completion, not just generating replies. Intent detection links inquiries such as pricing, availability, complaints, and follow-ups to customer records. The software performs tasks like sending quotes, booking appointments, issuing invoices, and sharing payment links. Integration with tools like Xero, QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, and Calendly ensures data synchronization. An approval gate sets thresholds for automatic actions, queuing high-value decisions for review. It processes documents like photos, PDFs, and spreadsheets, extracting data to match rate cards and inventory systems, while maintaining audit trails.
