This helps ensure that all work related emails are shared through out the organisation and makes responding or attending to these emails easier and faster. I also like how Topicbox also has a 3 months free trial period, it ensures that you have enough time to use and experience it before you finally decide to fully commit. **What do you dislike about Topicbox?** Topicbox has no mobile app and has no notifications when being used on the desktop, this can be a little inconveniencing because we have to keep refreshing browsers to check if we have new mail. Topicbox does not support two factor authentication which can leave important and confidential information vulnerable to hackers. **What problems is Topicbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping create clear communication paths. Helping employees within the company be accountable for not responding or taking action indicated in emails. ### 2. I can also control access to whom i want it give the access . Teams can connect when working remotely as well as new hires can get access to company mail history helping them learn about work. It is easy to use and navigate and has user friendly UI. It is affordable for teams and organisation. With built in customer support and feature to integrate with ease. **What do you dislike about Topicbox?** Transparency with topicbox new hires can view mail history sometimes it is not good to look at company previous emails as it can contain data that is sensitive . **What problems is Topicbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Topicbox is solving one basic and very annoying problem is to add cc and to as sometimes a user can be left or you forgot to add . With topic box i just need to email to one address and every one in team can get access to it. ### 3. Topicbox has made everything easy among gmail. I still remember how time consuming it can be to search your previous mails.
