I found this very liberating since Adalo, Glide, and other no-code tools require payment for these features, even when trying out an idea and unsure if you will carry it through. **What do you dislike about Thunkable?** I wish the number of steps it takes to achieve these integrations and API calls were less; implementing simple features is made more complex and there is a lot to remember when using Thunkable. **What problems is Thunkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thunkable allows me to build MVP ideas and test them out faster than if I had to code everything in React Native. I could even see this being used as a first step to teaching coding concepts like loops and control flow without having to deal with all the complications of coding syntax. It was honestly so fun to just drag and drop blocks and watch things work! **What do you dislike about Thunkable?** It would have been helpful to have more examples of common use cases in the documentation! From a personal case, I was using a BLE extension, and it was a bit short. Both for iOS and Android at the same times. **What do you dislike about Thunkable?** Many extensions are not yet available compared to their previous version. Documentation and community may still refer to the Classic version who has been halted, and it is frustrating. Additional components available for the full paid version is not clear enough. **Recommendations to others considering Thunkable:** Give it a try, spend two hours by yourself designing screens. Have a look to cloud services that helps with authentications, storage, translation and so on. **What problems is Thunkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** For many projects, a working MVP is better than a prototype or complex mock-ups. Using Thunkable is sufficient to get feedbacks from users in less than one day, and may last for weeks before having to switch complex projects to coded features. And many projects may be kept in production as Thunkable apps. Compared to rapid prototyping solutions, Thunkable goes one step further, with iOS and Android app stores deployment so it can be presented to users and customers. There is a bit of time needed to just poke and play around in order to figure out what works best for your intended use. **Recommendations to others considering Thunkable:** This app builder is great for those who may not be sure if an app is right for them or not. Low risk, with very little cost or effort needed to get started. Drag and drop components to edit your graphic and then go to the block editor to write your code using a puzzle way where cards are strings of code. Isn't necessary a lot of experience but only imagination and desire of learn more. There is a lot of extensions and a very big community with a lot of experienced people that will help you. Now you can edit app for android and ios , a new version (called thunkable X) is able to write one code and publish for both operating system. **What do you dislike about Thunkable?** New graphics style or components are more difficult to edit or require third part extension. With Thunkable I can build and publish Android (and iOS, too) apps. I can save and share a kind of source code and there are a lot of extensions so I can realize even complex apps. All I need is a browser and an internet connection. Live test via WiFi or USB is an important plus. The "icing on the cake" is a wonderful and helpful community. **What do you dislike about Thunkable?** Sometimes I found a lack of native components, for example a grid component to show data in master/details view, very useful in business context. It's not so easy to get an endearing user interface so to be competitive on market you have to know some material design and try to apply it. **Recommendations to others considering Thunkable:** Let's give it a try! **What problems is Thunkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I build sume "internal" app for my company in order to help staff managing specific tasks, for example reset some demo environments on the fly. It is also great for educators, because it can introduce people to programming without having them go through the syntax errors and other problems which arise when you write everything from scratch. **What do you dislike about Thunkable?** I dislike the general constraints, for example inability to create components dynamically using blocks, or inability to create inflatable menus. Also, believe it or not, sometimes it's much easier and faster to write code than to create code from puzzle blocks. **Recommendations to others considering Thunkable:** Try it, it's free! And it has some great features to make beautiful apps. Yes, it has some constraints, however most of them can be defied by creative thunking :) **What problems is Thunkable solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm mostly just prototyping in Thunkable, then make a native Android app in Java.
