I have sent many vendors large files or encrypted emails without any issues and those vendors have been pleasantly surprised how easy the application was to use. **What do you dislike about Thru?** My only complaint about the product is the Single Sign-On (SSO) set up/functionality. There doesn't appear to be a way only to use SSO as the normal login process is still available to use. **What problems is Thru solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our engineers use Thru to send large files of logs to clients. The ease of usage and reliability of the service over the past 4 years has helped in improving the productivity of our users when needing to send small, medium, or huge files to internal colleagues or external partners they are collaborating with. We are exchanging more than 85k files each month and consuming 4TB of data on average with a file transfer success rate close to 100%, which confirms that solution is heavily used by our Worldwide. **What do you dislike about Thru?** Among the many qualities of the products, one area of improvements would be the upgrade process for customers using the Thru on-premises solution like us. It's very easy to send them a link to upload files. Alternatively, we also can share our large files by simply sending a publishing link. This is especially helpful because they don't have to have a Thru account to download. Most of the other MFT SaaS on the market have hidden costs like bandwidth usage - not Thru, which is great if you upload and download large files daily. It has one link to a dropbox to send to external users that never expires. Being able to share folders with other account holders is also a useful feature. The ability to move files around within Thru and have an organised file structure is excellent. The interface is mostly intuitive and being web-based can be accessed anywhere. It accepts a broad range of file types and I haven't yet found a file type that it won't accept. There is also the flexibility to either send an email with a link to a file from within Thru or create a separate link to send by other means. **What do you dislike about Thru?** Thru sometimes behaves like a file explorer and sometimes like a website, so it takes a little while to get used to the clicks. Very occasionally, the emails sent within Thru don't make it to the recipient and we have to resend the link to the file they need. External users can only submit to the main dropbox - it would be helpful to be able to create a link to another folder within the filing system so that files for a project can be uploaded directly to the corresponding folder. Once a file has been uploaded it cannot be renamed, which can create problems if files with the same name are uploaded and should be stored within the same folder. Being able to extend the expiry of a link is a useful benefit, as well as the ability to have an organised file structure. **What problems is Thru solving and how is that benefiting you?** Thru is a useful tool for working with freelancers. Aside of that, the performance on uploading files is great. It adapts to the network status at that point by keeping the connection up so that the user doesnt have to re upload the file again.
