It took no time for it to understand our branding guidelines. It has saved us a lot of time writing the correct copy. What was once a process I dreaded doing (I have an engineering background, not a marketing one), not it's so much easier with TheWordsmith taking the first 5 cracks and I edit it to my liking. Speed, ease of use, and cost are what we like the most. **What do you dislike about TheWordsmith.ai?** It would be great if it can learn more about my edits down to my writing style and start to train the model I use. But I understand at this low price point, fine tuning to just us might not be possible. The tool does an excellent job of scraping and collating data, the creation of the ICP was particularly impressive. At the end of the day The Wordsmith saves a lot of time and allows me as an agency ownert to get more done faster. The customer service is excellent and the founder is also on hand to provide feedback to when it comes to using the tool. If anything could be improved, I'd say it's the mobile view. No other service matches it in this regard and coupled with the realtime news features, it is incredibly powerful. Once I started using TheWordsmith.ai, I really loved how it was built with the purpose of mitigating the headaches of manually interacting with an AI. First off, it generates content that strictly abides by the instructions you provide (unlike a tool like Chat GPT) and has a UI that is setup to anticipate the types of requirements you want out of the content (e.g. word count, inclusion of a CTA, etc...). Secondly, the tool is very intuitive for business and specifically teams within it. I really love the fact that you can create writers for specific products within your team which is a nuance that is very important for multifaceted companies like the one I work for. Lastly, I like the way that TheWordsmith.ai provides customization without requiring too much depth to be provided. Tools like the ToneArchitect allow you to quickly personalize your brand's voice without having to give it too much thought. **What do you dislike about TheWordsmith.ai?** There are small things about the website that lack a bit of modernity due to it being so new.
