We are a special type of lab, where we are a contract lab that performs testing on in-service lubricants; basically, we have a lot of clients and a lot of different pieces of equipment to perform testing on, so when we were vetting potential LIMS Softwares, SampleManager stood out and has definitely not disappointed. We have increased turnaround time by speeding up the logging and reporting process.
