Themesmith Reviews & Product Details

Themesmith is website software for small businesses. It designs, builds, hosts and maintains a business website, and the owner manages all of it by message over WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram or email. To create a site, the owner describes their business in a conversation. Themesmith asks follow-up questions, recommends which pages to include, offers several design directions to choose from, and then builds and publishes the site. After launch, the owner can make changes the same way. For example, they can send photos to add to a gallery, ask for a blog post, update opening hours or add a page. A web dashboard with a visual editor is also available for owners who prefer to work on a computer. Sites are hosted on a global content delivery network and include SEO metadata, accessibility checks and contact forms that deliver enquiries to the owner. Themesmith is aimed at sole traders and small local businesses, such as tradespeople, instructors and professional services firms, that don't want to learn a website builder or pay an agency.
