"Clear Security Findings and Easy Remediation Process"
5/5
What do you like best about NetSPI?

What I like most about NetSPI is how clearly they communicate security findings and provide detailed, actionable reports. Their team is responsive and makes it easy for developers to understand vulnerabilities and address them effectively. The entire process is straightforward, well-organized, and easy to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSPI?

The portal UI could be a bit more user-friendly, especially when trying to find and track security findings that need to be addressed. Improving the navigation would make the overall experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jeremy Middleton of NetSPI

Thank you so much Gregory. We appreciate the wonderful review and I have passed your feedback on to the product team.

"Proven Pen Testing Leader with a Clear Process and Actionable Vulnerability Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about NetSPI?

NetSPI is a proven industry leader in penetration testing that shows through how well thought out the process is for any given project. They clearly articulate what they need, how they will go about their work, and key dates. Pricing is about on par with competitors. Once the work starts, it is easy to stay in the know of the current status through their new UI experience platform. It offers all of the key meta data needed to understand what to focus on. Performance of the consultants has never been in question and are obviously supported by a solid group of professionals that are willing to share their expertise and get past any hurdles that may arise. I truly appreciate the new means of tracking vulnerabilities and assets. It rolls things up to a level that is actionable and easy to translate to the owner of the technology for action to be taken. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSPI?

It would be great if there was a way to integrate the portal with our Jira instance to allow for integrated ticketing and up to data status tracking in the portal itself. From a portal navigation standpoint, it can be easy to get lost in the various views and engagements from the past. Lastly it would be great to be able to correlate assets to see its testing history over time from engagement to engagement. That would be icing on the cake to reduce the amount of manual work done outside of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jeremy Middleton of NetSPI

Hi, thank you so much for the kind review and feedback. As a heads up we do have a Jira integration at your disposal so I would reach out to your account team and they can get you the help you need to get that set up!

"Thorough Testing and Professional, Helpful Team"
5/5
What do you like best about NetSPI?

Testing was thorough. They confirmed all the requirements and limitations well before the actual run happened and kept up-to-date as it was proceeding. Both the testers and the project managers are very helpful and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSPI?

No complaints so far. The only nit is that their platform is somewhat complex and not 100% intuitive but it's really not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jeremy Middleton of NetSPI

Thank you so much Nikola for the wonderful review!

"Exceptional Pentesting and Seamless Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about NetSPI?

I use NetSPI to conduct pentests, and I appreciate the great skillset of the pentesters. I'm always pleasantly surprised by the extent of their coverage. The platform allows us to track vulnerabilities and remediate actions, coordinate seamlessly with the testing team, conduct retests, and access proof of exploit. I like how it keeps us synced on where remediations are at and enables seamless communication. The initial setup was very easy, which was a big plus for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSPI?

The new features rolled out are immature, but are moving in the right direction. One thing that could be improved is allowing admins on the customer side to add users to engagements rather than having to reach out to NetSPI to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Jeremy Middleton of NetSPI

Thank you so much for your positive review and the feedback. I have passed it on to our product team

"Excellent experience with Netspi Resolve for Penetration Testing"
5/5
What do you like best about NetSPI?

What we liked best was the abundant amount of direction and support from staff and leadership at Neptsi. We had countless calls surrounding the scope of our initiatives with knowledgeable insight from Richard Booth and team. The Resolve platform/Dashboard is and will revolutionize the industry. Easy to use and manage with all the information needed. The dashboard even has a chat feature that was tied with the tester for immediate support. Overall a great platform and company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSPI?

Netspi Resolve was great. I do not have any dislikes or ideas of improvement at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It was an outstanding experience working with such a professional team."
5/5
What do you like best about NetSPI?

The process was great, and they totally understood what we were doing. (from a business perspective).

They provided us with a very professional dashboard, which collects all the docs, files, and communications between team members in a single place.

During the project, they kept providing us with daily updates. also, they kept recommending different recommendations in different areas, and we felt that we were dealing with a real partner.

They were very flexible on too many points (for example re-scheduling some arrangements).

Overall it was really a great experience. highly highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetSPI?

Nothing at all; I will definitely pick them again in the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
