Dislike that the name changed, and it has confused some in our organization.

We are getting the word out quickly to our parishioners. Seeing everyone up to speed on important announcements that can't just wait for Sunday, and for which our staff does not have the time to make individual calls.

I like how it doesn't take very much time to put a recording together and then you get the full report of who received it.

The only thing that I dislike is that I have to do the recording...haha

The text em all system is easy on the budget and is very easy to use. It is really nice to use it on a mobile device while on the go.

I have experienced very few glitches and can usually accomplish what I need to do, so I have no complaints at this time.

Before we used this system we used to have a calling relay where everyone passed a message down the list. The benefit of this system is that everyone gets exactly the same message in a timely manner.

It is easy to use and convenient. Sending a call or text to a group takes very little time.

We have more than one contact for some people. I wish text-em-all grouped them together, so it would be easier to choose one to use.

I recommend taking advantage of both the call and texting features. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.

Text-Em-All helps us get important messages out to all of our people during the pandemic. Everyone has a phone, even though some don’t have email.

I lord that my text were sent out when they were scheduled no down time durning the pandemic and allowed me time to work with their team when I didn't understand something in the product.

I didn't like that they didn't have a real app. where I could do it on my phone everything was so much easier on a computer. I also didn't like short codes weren't offered. t

It is a very usable system but must have computer to use it quickly.

We are able to keep events and activities in front of our congregation. People never leave home without there phone, so we can reach them whenever we need to and keep them informed of what is going on.

Ease of use. This system is very easy to use compared to similar services. The prompts are very easy to follow.

I also like the metrics it sends out. I can easily track my broadcasts, and even communicate with responders. It's a "one stop" shop. It allows me to text and call to my entire list.

I wish the messages could be a tad bit longer (text and phone), but that's easy to work around. I really have no major complaints.
