"Best Mass Texting System!!"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

It offers an easy layout and very user friendly. The customer support team is ON IT! They are quick to respond and available via email or phone call, which is very helpful to us.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I have not found anything I dislike at this time. It's been a wonderful tool we use a church and we've been able to connect with more people since using this system.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

Just do it!

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have reached more business owners and members of our church, providing them opportunities they might not have seen otherwise. Their engagement has increased and we have been able to connect with them more!

"Game Changer during COVID"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

This service gives me the ability to quickly and easily stay in contact with all the members of my church. This has been especially important during the COVID crisis when communication is so difficult. Most importantly, it allows me to stay in contact with older members who do not have internet access. The price is also extremely reasonable. This is a service I can no longer do without. Thinking about signing up, don’t hesitate!

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

There is literally nothing I don’t like or I think needs fixing. There are few services I can say that about. I have no complaints with the service or the support. It is just that good.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

Don’t hesitate. Sign up now! It will do everything you need it to do!

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest one, as mentioned earlier is being able to stay in contact its senior adults who do not have internet access. A second, however, is that the service gets the calls out so quickly, it is ideal for letting the church know when we are having technical issues with a streaming program. Additionally, it can be used to take votes during business meetings.

"Perfect for our needs!"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I like that we can send both texts and calls simultaneously to reach different audiences. In the past, we used software that only sent phone calls and it would take hours because it dialed each number one at a time. With Text-Em-All, the message is sent to all phone numbers simultaneously and instantly. In addition, many of our constituents are no longer checking voicemail or answering their phone, so SMS is a perfect way to reach these folks. We also love that new attendees can join the group lists themselves without a need for us to add them manually. Conversely, it is great that folks can also opt-out if they no longer wish to be in a group.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I would like if we could integrate simultaneous e-mail into the service in addition to SMS and phone calls. At present, we must send SMS and phone messages to our constituents via this service and then log into another service to then send out the same message via e-mail. If we could integrate it with e-mail. Furthermore, it would be great if the software integrated with our database via Planning Center Online so that when we added someone to our database, they automatically were added to our text-em-all group lists.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

I recommend that strongly consider this service. It has met our needs and effectively communicates with our constituents right where they spend most of their time... on their phone. We have received positive feedback from people of all ages and this has been greatly rewarding after implementation!

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to communicate with our constituents instantly via means that are available in their pocket. Social media is great, but we realize that this can be hit and miss. With SMS and phone calls, we're certain folks receive the message and stay up-to-date with the latest information such as closings, cancellations, reminders, and video distribution.

"Have recommended to Pastors everywhere- Priceless to our Ministry"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

Ease of use, and availability anywhere I have internet access. Priceless tool I have recommended many times over.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

2 Minute voice call limitation is a bit restricting but has not been a real issue. Otherwise great system.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mass information dumps quickly has been the greatest benefit-keeps us all on same page at same time. This has been a true information pipeline for us, which has increased participation.

"Great for reaching parishoners"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

Call-em-all is incredibly straightforward when it comes to setp and deploying individual calls/broadcasts. To set up a broadcast, you pick when you want to make the call, choose your recipients and call in to record your message. It is also very affordable.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I haven't had any major issues with Call-em-all. Any small issues I've had were resolved using the knowledge base or through an e-mail with the company.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

Depending on how you're recording your message, make sure to review it - not only for the right information, but also the sound quality (recording with a headset/earpiece tends to get a better result than using speakerphone)

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

At our church, we struggle with the open rate on our e-mails, even when we have a very important announcement. Having a solution that utilizes phone calls has been incredible. We also are able to easily reach members of our church who only have a phone and no access to e-mail.

"Great tool for calling my parishioners."

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

The setup is simple, and the ease of use makes it a great option for me to make calls to my parishioners. Everyone seems to be grateful for a call from the pastor, most especially those older parishioners who don't have email.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I have no criticisms of the product. It does well everything I hoped.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

I suspect I'll use this for additional purposes because it is so easy to use. I found it because of the challenges of this moment in our world, but believe it will be a solution for more challenges in my parish moving forward. Glad to have this as a tool.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Given the reality of non-contact during the Coronavirus crisis, this allows me to communicate with parishioners in brief messages that they can listen too easily.

"Remarkably easy to use with great reporting"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

The reporting on call penetration. Also, the ease of use and reuse of messages. One of the things that my staff has appreciated is teh ability to use the service from anywhere. For example, on a smartphone from the road or at a remote location.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

There is nothing that I have found to dislike. I think it's a simple to use and reliable application. For teh price--and we buy credits ahead of time--this suits our needs. We don't need to make many "emergency announcements" but when we do they are very important to us.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

I would suggest that they do the hard work of cleaning up their internal phone list well before implementing the product.it makes things so much easier.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reaching a large number of people with closure or emergency information. The reality is that many of our congregants are older and not very technology literate. A phone call is the best way to reach them in a hurry.

"An effective form of communication for our church and very user-friendly!"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I love that you can send announcements by texting or calling! I love being able to send out messages all at one time. I also love the ease of editing and/or adding contacts. The mobile app is so easy to use and convenient. I am the administrator for the Call-Em-All system and have found the product to be easy to use from a desktop or phone. If I am out of the office and someone needs to make a change to their phone number, it is easy to do on the go. Our cell phone generation loves that we can now text our announcements and the generation that still has a house phone loves that we can call them. It is a great fit for our congregation! Everyone can feel connected because they have information about what is going on at church.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I don't have any complaints with the Call-Em-Call system.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

This is the best system I have used for communicating with large groups of people at one time. It allows us to keep upcoming events on the forefront of people's minds. It also allows us to keep people informed of unexpected events such as deaths in the church as well. Quick and easy to use!

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Call-Em-All has helped our church stay informed with upcoming events. We have found we have more response from people when we use the Call-Em-All system to send out announcements than we do when we make announcements during service times. We also are able to let our congregation know about deaths in the church and where food can be taken and when the funeral services will be. Communication is key in any organization. People want to know what is going on. This system allows us to communicate effectively with the whole congregation at once. The same message is conveyed to everyone.

"Makes my job so much easier!"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

Having an active database of those I need to get in touch with at my fingertips makes this so easy to use. I regularly send calls out to 50-100 people at a time and this is a great way to communicate quickly.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I wish the program would automatically add the names and numbers I type into a message instead of having to enter them separately in my contacts.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

This is a very cost effective way to communicate quickly and effectively with employees, volunteers, and other members of your organization. I am able to set up calls for date in the future as well as set up calls from wherever I am with the mobile app.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a very active senior adult ministry at our church but they don't always remember what they've signed up for. This is a great way to send reminders for upcoming events or to communicate about schedule changes.

"Tried and True System"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

The UI is very easy to navigate and use. I love that I can send unlimited calls and texts for one price. Other solutions I've looked into were on a per-credit basis and I wasn't a fan of that system. I also like the "Conversation" tab where I can interact with people who have responded to my broadcasts. That's a big help!

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

They used to have a personalized signup page online where you could link people to so they could sign up for your lists. They got rid of that and I miss it a lot. I also wish they had an app that you could get notifications on when people respond to your broadcasts.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

Definitely try it out. It's easy to use on an administrative side and easy for the users/customers. You're able to send broadcasts that contain both voice and text, get responses both to voice prompts and texts and if you're subscribed on a monthly basis, you're able to send as many calls or texts as you'd like. Your users are able to opt out of a list if they want to, saving you time in constantly managing your contact lists, and giving them to freedom to choose if they want to hear from you or not. It's convenient both ways.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

My church has been using Call-Em-All for the past seven years. We send out quick morning devotional calls every weekday, time-sensitive announcements such as cancelations or prayer requests, and we use the texting as an RSVP system for our van ministry that we use to go pick people up and bring them to church. Overall, it's been a huge asset to our communication team.
