The easy to use direct number by phone and receiving a detailed account of my recent phone message and those reached, live and by voice mail.

The number being used if you don't have a land line can be confusing to those receiving the CEA message. They want answer because it can be confused with a spam call.

We have enjoyed our experience with CEA. I look forward to using additional features as our church continues to grow.

Contacts with my older congregation who do not use much internet or social media. The message is a quick, direct and easy way to send them much needed updates and information.

I directives and suggestions to a better my experience. This is all new and it was made very clear what I needed to do to be successful.

I had several questions because I needed to be trained, but that was on me not the representative that I spoke with

I can only text up to 10 people at one time with my phone so this eliminates that problem and allows me to get to my students and a more efficient manner. The benefit will easily be the time saved. I will be able to edit most everything on site without having to do it on my computer and copy and paste it over. This platform seems to be way better then a lot of the other plans that I researched.

Would rather text than use the voice call feature...but not everyone in our church has texting...

Quick info to everyone for service changes or cancellations. Prayer chain call in emergencies. The service does not put a financial burden on the church.

It's a really easy program to use to connect with your organization. We have found the integrations with our other software to be wonderful to speed up the entry of individuals to send communications.

I would like to see them add more functionality to their Conversations feature. It would be great to have the templates auto-send to people who include a keyword in the initial communication.

We are using the Conversations feature for the first time with our upcoming Easter Online Service in order to handle decisions for Christ, first-time guests and more. We feel this will be a big asset to our follow-up program and make it easier to connect with our people.

This is an amazing and affordable service. We use it as a prayer line, a communications tool, and an emergency notification venue. Our church loves the convenience and the dependability of the service. We have never communicated better with church members than since we started using Call-Em-All.

I can't really think of anything about the service that I dislike.

Call-em-all is easy and quick. I can call from any phone, from home or office. I can also give the pastor or someone else access to send a message from their own phone as well. I can buy credits as needed so it meets our needs as a church. It is easy to add or delete contacts, and they can request to be removed from the list if they desire.

The call length is limited to two minutes...sometimes it might be helpful to leave a longer message.

The ability to communicate with a group anytime, or allowing the pastor to communicate at any time, is very helpful.

We are using Call-Em-All to keep Church members up to date with service schedule changes, deaths notices and any other info that we need to get out.

I really like how customizable our call list(s) are and can be. I also like the reliability of the service.

There is not much to dislike about call-em-all or their level of service that they provide.

You will not be disappointed using this service.

We used to use a phone tree system for notifications throughout our congregation, with Call-em-all there is never an issue with relaying information to everyone involved.
