## Termius Reviews
  ### 1. Extremely convenient

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sajan G. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

Consolidates all remote logins at one place, accessible through one click. Stores all keys and passwords, so I don't have to ever find an IP in my terminal history and enter related key/password manually. Very convenient and loving it!

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

A minor thing: Some default key bindings like ctrl+s overlap with local terminal functionality, but as this is different across distros too, it is understandable.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making management of multiple ssh logins easier

  ### 2. Seamless Access to My Machines

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Termius?**

Seamless access to all of my machines remotely.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Nothing so far—it's great. I’m really enjoying it.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

remote access and troubleshooting

  ### 3. My Indispensable Cross-Platform SSH Companion!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

The absolute best thing about Termius is its seamless cross-platform synchronization. Being able to have all my hosts, keys, snippets, and port forwarding rules instantly available and consistent across my Windows desktop, Mac laptop, and even my phone is a game-changer. The user interface is clean, intuitive, and makes managing multiple connections incredibly easy. The built-in SFTP client is also a huge plus for quick file transfers without needing another app.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Honestly, it's challenging to find significant downsides. If I had to nitpick, perhaps the subscription model might be a hurdle for very casual users, but for anyone regularly managing servers or needing SSH access, the productivity gains and reliability far outweigh the cost. Occasionally, a new feature might have a small learning curve, but the documentation and intuitive design usually make it straightforward.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized connections: All hosts, keys, and settings are in one place.
Seamless synchronization: Start a session on my desktop and continue or reference it on my laptop or mobile with all data synced. This boosts productivity and working from anywhere.
Efficiency boosts: Snippets for common commands, integrated SFTP for quick file transfers, and port forwarding save time daily.
Reduced cognitive load: Termius handles details, allowing me to focus on work.
For business/work, this translates to faster troubleshooting, quicker deployments, and streamlined server management.

  ### 4. Excellent app if you are a linux sysadmin who needs to stay close to their servers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikram J. | Chief Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

It's secure. I have it installed on my Macs, Windows systems and also on my Linux workstations. It's also on my iPhone and droid phones. Makes connection a breeze. The fact that it is also encrypted is a plus. A++ solution that works for sshers! it was so easy to set up and learn that I have never had to contact customer support or read any documentation. This is key to any software and it has become my daily driver. I have been able to integrate it into my daily workflow. This is an excellent product.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

The copy paste options are limited. The standard for terminals is select (or alt+select) then right click to copy and then right click to paste. Terminus copies as soon as the selection is done, not waiting for the right click. I can use ctrl+shift+c to copy and ctrl+shift+v to paste, but that takes some getting used to. I wish they looked at the standard terminal and either enabled right click copy/paste or displayed a context menu to copy/paste. Other than that, it has been a breeze to adopt.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Terminus provides me the ability to connect to my linux machines and manage them from anywhere in the world. VPN or WireGuard integration would be nice, but for the price, I am definitely reaping the benefits.

  ### 5. Easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

even I don´t know english so well, I can use the termius with much facility. It is stable and I don´t change it for any other one

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

nothing for while. I only suggest include more sftp alive, like we can use many terminals, we could use many remote ftp.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

to mantain my vps working out

  ### 6. Good App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joey T. | Cloud Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

Termius has a professional and clean user interface. It feels reliable and well-designed for both beginners and experienced users. It also supports cross-platform usage, which is a big plus for people who switch devices often.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Termius does not support X11 forwarding, which is important for users who need to run graphical Linux applications remotely. Adding this feature would make it much more powerful and complete for advanced use cases.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Termius helps me manage multiple SSH sessions across different servers easily and securely. It centralizes access, credentials, and command history, which reduces human error and saves time during troubleshooting or routine server maintenance. As a Cloud Engineer, this improves my productivity and operational efficiency significantly.

  ### 7. Excellent Software for Any Client

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaydip S. | Senior Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Termius?**

This is good software to use for any client

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

nothing to dislike
everything is as expected

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to use SSH and this is grate to use

  ### 8. Good SSH Manager — Limited in Free Version

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

I like how easy it is to manage multiple SSH connections and organize hosts in one place.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

The free version is quite limited, and some essential features like sync or SFTP require a paid plan.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Termius simplifies managing multiple switches by allowing quick SSH access from a single interface, which makes network maintenance much faster and more organized.

  ### 9. Freelance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wlad T. | Генеральный директор, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

Convenient to use, no need to remember passwords, attractive snippet feature.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

I didn't like the integration of tmux, it lacks the screen splitting function. There should be a tree function.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with the server

  ### 10. Awesome tool that enhances productivity!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo B. | Engineering Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

I think that the UI/UX is one of the big things for me. Its easy to use and to understand. The auto complete feature is also such a great tool. It is easy to implement, and to be able to co-work with other colleagues is awesome. I have not yet needed to contact custommer support, but I believe that if I needed to, the team would help me quickly. I use it often, almost daily, due to my work at telecommunications and networking.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Since I am a student subscribed to the GitHub Student Developer Pack, I have access to the pro features for free. The main thing for me would to have to pay to use the app, but nothing more than that. I am brazilian, and USD is quite expensive when we compare to our currency as of right now.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

connecting to vms, saving ssh keys and clients, etc.

  ### 11. Centralized Team Vaults and Impressive Autocomplete

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

team based vaults making infrastructure record centralized, autocomplete even though it's still in beta, autocompletes password feature

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

that autocomplete hijacks tab function unless I escape it. Makes tab completion of navigating to novel places maddening. That I think auto complete fills in suggestions from other servers and isn't server specific. And equally frustrating is that sftp doesn't retain my deeply nested and preferred local directory between sessions.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

managing a cloud of aws servers

  ### 12. Best SSH client ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Usman K. | Laravel Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

User-friendly interface + Saving all details in one place

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Integrations with the cloud providers are paid, which can be ok for companies, but restrict individuals to manual management.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing my SSH keys and having an easier interface to connect.

  ### 13. Fast, neat and simplified ssh login and terminal experience.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

I can just double click one of my servers and choose(paste) popular linux commands from history all within 5 secs.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Slight learning curve, had to much options when I created my first host. Felt intimidating and I struggled to get a basic ssh login with a passphrase when I started using it.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time. It is quick and easy to access my servers and see my history on it.

  ### 14. Very user friendly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keith P. | Chief Technical Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

Quick access to ALL of my servers in one place. Makes managing servers and ssh keys a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

I wish they had a desktop application that could run on iMac M4 chips.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to access and manage servers, localhost, ssh keys and server groups all in one place. You can even group together servers and keys. It also has the vault which makes the app super inaccessible for anyone not you.

  ### 15. Clean, beautiful, and tidy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego Ignacio P. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

It has saveable commands in a corner for SSH connections, making it much easier to remember the usual ones.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

SFTP does not allow saving favorites or bookmarks, SSH bookmarks cannot be dragged to reorder.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What?

  ### 16. Effortless to Use with Handy Snippets

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

the ease of use and the snippets make this a great tool

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

the sftp part cannot be configured, as far as I know, to open in a particular local directory.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ssh access to my linux systems

  ### 17. Excellent

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

the themes, shortcuts, customizable key bindings, ease of sshing into servers. I just love it, no need to manually update the ssh config file in ubuntu.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

i don't think i've used it that much to dislike it just yet!

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have to ssh into multiple servers in my day to day work, it helps me improve my workflow

  ### 19. Great app, I like it better than other options in the market.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ariel V. | Infraestructure Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

Sycn between my devices is a great feature.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Lack of a better guide for starter users

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Central a controlled connection of my devices, no need to keep my credencials all over the place in a insecure way.

  ### 20. One of the best ssh clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali . | Median Web Developer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

One of my friends recommended termius to me and it is my default ssh client since.
I simply love it.
the simplicity of the smtp tool is also a very big help for me.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

the requirement of a user account even when i just want to use it locally without cloud services.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ssh and sftp client that works on both my windows pc and my android phone

  ### 21. Excellent, but

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David M. | Desarrollador backend, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

I like your way of separating the host, key, and forwarding.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

that in the port forwarding section you cannot organize the connections by groups, everything is mixed in the same grid

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allow organizing port forwarding by group, it can be in the form of boxes or tabs, whatever is easier for the end user.

  ### 22. After using the earlier versions, the latest version is fantastic

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian G. | S, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Termius?**

After using the earlier versions, the current iteration is fantastic and provides enough online access to my servers and keys. From a previous install, Termius imports all servers and ssh keys, which is a plus for a barebone operating system reloading/updating. I have set up my Macbook to work with a fine Termius version, so I do not necessarily need the latest version, although there is an auto-check anyway.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Termius, while charging people a $29.99/year subscription rate is not that bad, there is sometimes better efforts in the open source community. I use linux predominantly for freelance work as well as browsers like Firefox and Safari, and Termius does not have a presence in the linux communities I inhabit.

After about 20 years in the high technology sector, I spend more time in volunteer and freelance stints. Maybe Termius can do more foundational respresentation to make their profit, but they continue to be trend-setting for most people's work. Good job Termius, for your mainstream users and longer-lasting users.

**Recommendations to others considering Termius:**

To see an iteration of features, look at the historical website posts, or view the github-like archives in various sites around the internet.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Termius seemed to have matured in its sftp usage and troubleshooting updates, and I have been using the beta version of Termius on macOS primarily. There is a fair amount of work already done with their Apple Macbook, macOS interface. For the mobile device, this version has contributions from Termius's developers that suggest a more refreshed work, such as percentage upload completed and free transfers for established servers for the free version. Well and good, but the ability to monitor the internet speed connection could be more verbose, for those with a limited speed and connection due to personal hotspots and external internet service devices.

  ### 23. It has all I need to interact with my servers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Masoud G. | Team Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

Saving many servers information with every option that could be needed

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Adding all servers to vault in a new device is hard for free users.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best feature of Termius is that I don't need to switch tools if I want to use my servers. Having it in all major platforms is another good thing.

  ### 24. A Must Use App for daily SSH needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjanesh L. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

I don't have to re-setup SSH keys all over again on a new device, secondary laptop or otherwise.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Maybe the pricing could be favoured for 3rd world countries.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Re-Setting up SSH Keys is not required - its a one-time job in Termius.

  ### 25. Simple, Elegant, Portable and Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muneeb A. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

Fantastic Support on Mobile with seamless sharing of keys with other team members.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Nothing as such. I have been using it for about 5 years now, and I have never had any complaint.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Seamlessly allows using to SSH into our servers, and share credentials and setting across tens of devices and teams.

  ### 26. Termius is an essential capability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John D. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2024

**What do you like best about Termius?**

Termius is simply a requirement for large or even small develoopment teams that need to coordinate remote access. For our team it's even more critical as we deal with both remote access to cloud services as well as multiple remote devices.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

I haven't found much to dislike, and I credit that to smart design decisions made by the Termius team. There is NO fluff here. There are some UX improvement opportunities especially in the Host management screen but that is minor.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our problem was having to access multiple deployments of our product across cloud, virtual and physical devices, and termius allowed us to track and share access as well as manage access easily.

  ### 27. perfect ssh client!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Youcef D. | Full Stack Android Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

+ FTP access with nice visual GUI
+ ability to organize your hosts, so you don't confuse them later
+ save your snippets in the app itself, for less googling and code memos to manage manually

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

- you have to log in to their vault
- have a generous free tire but you still have to pay for team searching and a few AI features, etc.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for organized remote access (connect with one click + I can name and group the hosts) and easy file transfer (GUI file explorer)

  ### 28. good tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** luis h. | Jefe técnico de software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

The way of organizing, the ease of use.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

The price should be lower although it is understandable due to the features. However, for some, it is difficult to afford. The text editor is more powerful than Smartty's, which is why I haven't completely switched.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connection to multiple databases and servers.

  ### 29. Best sysadmin software ever

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego V. | CTO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Termius?**

I've never found so many desirable features in a single software. Centralized credentials? Check. SFTP? Check. SSH? Check. Command snippets!? I didn't even knew that I needed it before Termius. This piece of software has improved my job quality and reduced the tediousness of managing multiple across multiple providers.
I've been using this software daily for the last two and half years, and I will keep using it and paying the annual plan, it's worth every penny.
I've used multiple softwares before, and this one came to replace all of them with incredible ease. It was a joy to implement Termius in my job tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

After a few WindowsOS patchesTermius sometimes get silently uninstalled and have to re-execute the installer in order to use the software again. The other thing that they have been improving is the tab navigation. Now you can opne multiple hosts as tabs in the same software window, but, it only can be done for SSH and not SFTP.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Termius provides lots of useful features in a single package. It's developed by developers for developers. It's easy to use and very very powerful.
What I like the most is the capability of securely store my credentials in order to access the hosts I work with from any platform so I can manage them whenever and wherever I am.
Another feature I really like is the possibility to open multiple SSHs in a single window, that has been one of the greatest upgrades that the software has received in 2024.
Also, from a security governance standpoint, I am able to see when a host has been accessed usig the access history that Termius provides.

  ### 30. Termius makes server management easier with its simple interface and practical features.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

The simplicity of its design, as well as the numerous shortcuts that Termius offers and the SFTP management, are really a plus. It makes a change from PuTTY or a classic terminal.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

The pro offer, which can be a bit expensive for a self-taught user managing their own home servers, but who wouldn't want to have to manually retype all their sessions from one setup to another. Why not offer a slightly more limited and cheaper option?

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Self-taught and passionate about computing from a young age, Termius facilitates my learning in managing my personal servers and in remote troubleshooting.

  ### 31. Termius is an essential tool for administrators, whether at the office or on the go.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sascha B. | IT Security Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Termius?**

What I best like is it's sleek interface and the extended features of Termius:

1) The "snippets" is my favorite one, I could not live without it anymore. The snippet feature is a game-changer for efficiency. It allows users to save and reuse command sequences, significantly reducing repetitive tasks. This feature is indispensable for streamlining workflows and enhancing productivity.

2) The "Termius mobile app" is a powerful extension of its desktop counterpart. It enables administrators to manage servers remotely via VPN, ensuring that they can respond to issues promptly, regardless of their location.

3) "SFTP" feature for file transfers between hosts and clients. This capability simplifies the process of managing files across different systems, making it a hassle-free experience.

4) A feature I don't use because I'm alone in the comany, "Personal and Team Vaults". The app offers personal and team vaults for storing credentials securely. This feature ensures that sensitive information is protected while still being easily accessible to authorized users.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Honestly, I can't personally find any major drawbacks with Termius.

There is one minor aspect that some users have noted on the support forum, the new "Tab Layout". Some users have expressed concerns about the recent change to horizontal tabs in the latest release. Although this change works well for me, it might be beneficial to offer users the option to switch between horizontal and vertical tabs. This flexibility would cater to individual preferences and enhance user experience. If this feature hasn't been implemented yet, it could be a valuable addition in future updates.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Clearly the snippets that saves us much time in executing multiple instruction or scripts on several machines. Also the ability to remote management.

  ### 32. Thanks for making this software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmad Z. | Senior Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Termius?**

Multiplatform capabilities, helps me a lot while on mobile or desktop

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Cloud sync is a little bit messy when I manage a host but it does not sync with the cloud.

**What do you like best about Termius?**

It makes jump server navigation simple. Managing multiple logins, passwords, certificates a breeze. I like to customize my terminal colors, and the code snippets are great for setting my cursor and I can make every server look different for easy management of multiple logins. I love the tabbed interface also. I look forward to trying out collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

It does change quickly, and fortunately I like the changes.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote login and management of multiple servers. Primarily the benefit is jump servers, login and identities, certificates, and terminal customization.

**Reviewed by:** Stevan M. | Infrastructure engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2024

**What do you like best about Termius?**

I love almost everything about it. Few QOL should be added tho

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

I use termius on windows for many linux instances and i have 3 things that are annoying.

1. When I have a tab of my linux instance opened, GIVE ME an option to right click the tab and SFTP to same instanace . Othewise i have to open SFTP TAB then FIND the instance then CONNECT etc. Really SLOW process.

2. When in SFTP and connected to a server ,for GOD SAKE ALLOW input from keyboard to go AUTOMATICLY into filter so i can search through folder/files normally without clicking.

3. ALLOW for a keybind to be disabled , for some reason i wasnt able to disable a keybind shortcut.

Rest is cool i love it i use it everyday. Thats it.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of machines that are labeled and group and sorted for easier access.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Stability: While I've personally experienced minimal issues, some users have reported occasional crashes or connection instability.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 37. This is how I think all future software should be

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Termius?**

I love how all my credentials and addresses are neatly saved and organized. The animations and UI are fantastic, and I use Termius daily for work. I have about 15 remote servers saved, and the tab and split views are incredibly useful. I've never needed customer support, but I've used it across Linux, Mac, and Windows without any issues.

I recommend it to everyone—my programming students and friends alike. It feels premium, like software from the future. I believe all future applications should aspire to this level of design and functionality. Termius easily has the best user experience of any software I've ever used.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

I can only think of not being able to change the font to a custom one. But maybe you can and it is just me.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple servers to SSH into on a daily basis, organizing their credentials.

I can't think of one downside to this product/service.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to have a laptop or be at my desktop to be able to access the servers. As long as there is a computer, even a public one, I can access and make administrative changes to all servers I administrate.

  ### 39. Very Helpful in accessing servers, and deployements

It has also made our deployements very easy with it SFTP feature which enables easy transfer of JAR files.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ndog D. | BI Delivery Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Termius?**

I have been critical of the ads inside Termius Pro instances in the past and it appears the Team has heard my (and likely others) plight about this, in addition to some recent awesome additions.

Let me just say I appreciate that greatly for one and more importantly - if you're on the fence about Termius; let me save you some time and just say BUY IT AND MOVE ON WITH YOUR WORK.

Seriously, out of spite I chose to NOT renew recently (few months ago) and since then - trying to find a tool that could replace what Termius was doing for me was nigh impossible.

It IS possible to replace the functions no doubt, but I tried over 27 different tools across macOS, Linux and Windows and I could not find a more polished and complete package that was reliable enough to stay out of my way the way Termius does.

I am back now and paid out for a full year, major credit to this team - I thank you for the hard work and I apologize for my.... overzealous takes on the ads but they needed to go. ;) (referring to the "HEY PRO USER, BUY TEAMS TOO!")

P.S. - As a Sublime Text user, Termius is absolutely awesome because it mitigates the lack of built in remote dev functionality that is found natively in other editors like IntelliJ and VScode and obviously terminal based editors - this feature alone is worth the price to me because I love Sublime but the janky remote dev options it offers truly stink and Termius makes it such that the experience is beautifully smooth - handling the remote file updates for you and allowing you to use your local Sublime (or any text editor).

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

The AI is TERRIBLE lol like really bad, but thankfully I do not want AI anywhere near my terminals so it's fine.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating connection pools and editor functions.

  ### 42. The best tool that I used, I was searching for a tool like this during long time.

I don't dislike, but I suggest this like a new feature which will help a lot if will be developed, a read only state to the ssh connections, if this state was enabled, I can't send commands to server or close that connection without enter my password.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization of servers at company, share this informations with my team, SFTP connections and keychain. All these features benefites me.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael A. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Termius?**

For many years I was using various SSH clients with a standard terminal interface and host groupings. I was manually syncing saved hosts by storing data files in things like OneDrive, it wasn't reliable, and slowed me down when I needed to quickly access systems for important reasons. Despite the cost, Terminus with its sync feature has worked flawlessly for me for a few years now and I'd never go back to any other SSH client. It has many features but I don't use them all. The Terminus terminal looks great and is super functional with many hotkey settings.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Would be nice to have a slightly cheaper plan with just a sync feature.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syncing hosts. Easy to access SSH hosts on any device, Windows, iOS, etc.

  ### 49. The ultimate SSH/Terminal app!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash L. | Co-Founder & CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Termius?**

All-in-one support for all of our customers' remote machines. Super secure, great UI, bug-free so far!

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

Two minor things: (1) I wish Termius could remember my last pwd on the remote machine for both SSH/SFTP, (2) I wish Termius had X11 forwarding support.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all my SSH credentials/machines and giving me a slick interface to interact with them. Also share the vault across machines!

  ### 50. Genuinely powerful and simplistic

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan K. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Termius?**

Simple and efficient yet one of the most powerful extensions I've used. It integrates really well the scripts are helpful, so far it's been very secure I really appreciate the effort put into this app. If I could change anything I'd add a Termius extension to VS Code and other ide's that allows for .md files to be shared across vaults.

**What do you dislike about Termius?**

It's a simple app there's not much to dislike but I would appreciate more feature integration like previously mentioned and possibly the ability to send yourself and teammates push notifications trough scripts.

**What problems is Termius solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cross device syncing
