Telios Travel Reviews & Provider Details

Telios Travel is a boutique corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) headquartered in Miami, Florida, built on over 40 years of travel industry heritage. Spun off from Forest Travel — a luxury leisure agency serving high-net-worth individuals — we bring a white-glove, personalized approach to corporate travel that most companies our clients' size simply can't find elsewhere. We specialize in serving mid-market businesses with up to $2M in annual travel spend: organizations that are too sophisticated for generic solutions, yet too small to get real attention from the large, impersonal TMCs. At Telios, every client gets a dedicated team of experienced, bilingual agents — not a call center, not an overseas transfer. Our agent team is led by a veteran with over 30 years in the industry, and our average response time is under 25 minutes. We are an SAP Concur Travel Partner with deep implementation expertise, helping companies streamline booking, policy compliance, expense reporting, and unused ticket recovery — all under one roof. Our clients stay with us because they feel it: proactive account management, real vendor negotiations, and a team that actually knows their travelers by name. Corporate travel shouldn't feel transactional. At Telios, it feels like having a trusted partner in your corner — every trip, every time.
