Comprehensiveness in the solution and immediate support whenever required.

More AI capabilities can be used by Techwize to provide more solutions. The industry has caught up to Sora, Langchain, etc. and they can use those to better internally.

**Recommendations to others considering TechWize:**

Definitely use their services, understand what is it that they can help you with. Give it a shot.

**What problems is TechWize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TechWize helped in enforcing Salesforce for our sales team in west region for India. It is helping in tapping clients and maintaining relationships through the CRM better. Leading to better retention and conversion.

**What problems is TechWize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The client organization generates invoices through Dynamics 365 CRM, and their customers' payments are pushed into the Business Central system. Reconciling multiple invoices into a single payment was a challenge for the client organization. Each payment has its unique number, and manually matching them against bank statements was even more complex, effortless, and time-consuming.  
TechWize investigated the client's financial and operational challenges to create detailed technical requirements for developing a custom application. 
 
This application was developed to successfully build a Day-end process for reconciling payments processed from the CE/CRM system into the Business Central system leveraging payment reference linked to each payment received from CE/CRM.

My overall experience with them has been positive

**What problems is TechWize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TechWize made a big difference for us by seamlessly integrating our client’s custom-built website with Salesforce. This allowed our client to easily manage data from external systems like Stripe. It cut down on manual work and reduced errors. TechWize also helped us organize the accounts by department, making it easier to manage and access the data. By customizing the lead conversion processes and page layouts, they ensured that the data mapping was spot on. The custom reports and dashboards they created gave valuable insights into the donation patterns. The automated email system they set up improved our client’s communication with donors, making it easier to send appreciation emails and reminders.

**What do you like best about TechWize?**

Their expertise in both the domains – IT and Healthcare. Besides having an expert team of Salesforce experts, they also have health care domain experts.

**What do you dislike about TechWize?**

Although we were comfortable working with TechWize remotely, we wanted to meet them frequently in-person during the initial phase of the projects. The number of in-person meetings were limited as against the expectations.

**What problems is TechWize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of our existing clients uses Salesforce Health Cloud for managing their Patients data and they implemented our platform to manage overall aspects of medical lab processes. TechWize helped our client with integration of the Medical Lab diagnostic software with their Salesforce Health Cloud instance for automation of Medical Test ordering process. The integration has helped our client minimize the manual data entry and ensure that tests are promptly scheduled. Moreover, once the tests are completed and uploaded to the Lab diagnostic software, the results are pushed back to the Salesforce Health Cloud resulting in the reduced risk of transcription errors.

**What do you like best about TechWize?**

Integrations projects are complex to execute. The team at TechWize is technically sound to understand the APIs offered by different enterprise applications and helps us successfully deliver complex integration projects as per our client requirements.

**What do you dislike about TechWize?**

We have outsourced multiple integration projects to TechWize. There have been a few instances where the desired integrations were not completed on time. Otherwise, they have been an outstanding service provider

**What problems is TechWize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We offer a SaaS-based eProcurement solution, and we often receive requirements from our clients to integrate the eProcurement solution to different ERP like Oracle NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, etc. There are different scenarios where our clients seek this integration, a few use cases where TechWize has helped us are mentioned below –Vendor Onboarding: The vendor registration and qualification is done in the eProcurement solution and only the qualified vendors are pushed into the ERP system.PO creation from Sourcing award information: After completion of the RFQ or eAuction, the sourcing award information from eProcurement tool is pushed to the ERP for creation of the Purchase Order in the ERP.

As part of our 9-month cooperation, TechWize helped us to roll out and manage the project and portfolio management solution on the basis of microsoft power platform. An ecosystem of MS applications was developed: BI, Teams, Project for the Web, Power Platform, SharePoint.
the services were always provided to our satisfaction and on time, our contacts at techwize are reliable, structured, organized and did a flawless job for our purposes. I definitely recommend working with TechWize.

There are several aspects of TechWize that I really appreciate and make them a strategic partner for my company. What I like most about TechWize is that they are always concerned and focused on providing the best result to the client.

**What do you dislike about TechWize?**

During my journey working with TechWize I never had any kind of problem or difficulty. They were always open for any change or request from my company’s side.

**Recommendations to others considering TechWize:**

Without any kind of reservation, I strongly recommend TechWize for their development services. They have demonstrated great expertise on frontend and backend development, including technologies like Python and stacks based on JavaScript as ReactJS and NodeJS. They are really good!

**What problems is TechWize solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With the growing demand for more features and capabilities in the applications that support the business, my internal development team has limited capacity in terms of productivity as well as to stay updated with cutting-edge technologies. Techwize helped us to expand our workforce capacity, achieving new levels of productivity and increasing the rate of deliverables. Besides that, Techwize has been aggregating over the time expertise and sharing knowledge.

What I really like most about TechWize is their approach. They didn't just throw some generic solution at us and call it a day. They took the time to really understand our business inside out. When they finally rolled out the Salesforce setup, it was like they'd read our business model, that's something I truly appreciate.

Honestly, it's hard to find fault with TechWize. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence have consistently exceeded our expectations.

I would like to let you know about my experience with TechWize. They're the great when it comes to solving those tricky problems we face as an Internet service provider. Before we engaged up with them, our data was all over the place, and keeping track of everything was like herding cats. But thanks to TechWize, we got this slick Salesforce system that brought all our data under one roof. Now, we can serve our customers better, and our day-to-day operations have become a whole lot easier.
