Wow, things got a lot easier since TechWize helped us out with our chemical company. Before, quoting prices and managing orders was a total headache. But then they came in and set us up with this fancy Salesforce CPQ & Order Management thing. Now, don't get me wrong, I still ain't no computer whiz, but even I can handle all that complicated pricing stuff. Plus, putting together orders is a breeze! We selected TechWize to work on a CRM migration project of one of our existing clients from the Health Care industry. The client wanted to migrate from Dynamics 365 CRM to Salesforce to meet their evolving business needs. TechWize closely worked with our client to understand their business needs and suggested phase-wise execution of the project. They started with migration of legacy data to Salesforce and further customized Salesforce to replicate the functionality that the client was using in Dynamics 365 CRM. TechWize ensured smooth transition to the new system and planned online training sessions for the client’s team to help them adopt the Salesforce as their new CRM. We are an IT Services company and one of our clients was looking for integration of their Salesforce CRM and NetSuite ERP to remove data silos and minimize manual data entry errors. TechWize developed a custom integration leveraging the respective APIs to synchronize data fields between the Salesforce objects and NetSuite fields.
