The more detail they offer Tech Partner, the better they can help. **What problems is Tech Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed support to revamp our complete technological systems, including phone and cloud systems and hardware equipment. We were looking for a company to upgrade and monitor our IT requirements. Tech Partner provides remote and on-site managed IT services for our company. Initially, we had several meetings with the team to explain what we wanted to accomplish. We discussed the project's technical aspects regarding our phone and cloud-based systems. Prior to engaging with Tech Partner, we had issues with our phone systems, and some text messages weren't delivered. Tech Partner has recommended different services for our company. Our company has unique needs, and Tech Partner supports all our departments in a different way. The team has upgraded our IT infrastructure, including computers. Additionally, Tech Partner provides phishing training and sends monthly reports regarding IT security. Tech Partner offers technical support through a ticketing system. They answered every question no matter how minor. I felt at ease to ask about processes that I didn’t understand. They are one of the most responsive agencies I’ve worked with. I also appreciated their cost-effective rates and willingness to negotiate prices without sacrificing quality. **What do you dislike about Tech Partner?** I worry that their team members might experience burnout from answering all client communication so quickly. While I also admired how they responded to my every inquiry with urgency, I’d appreciate a non-urgent line to drop messages. **Recommendations to others considering Tech Partner:** Start with a phone call to get to know their team and let them get to know your project. The people I’ve referred to Tech Partner were surprised at how quickly their team grasped their needs. Once work begins, set up a communication schedule, as you would with any other agency. **What problems is Tech Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?** We engaged Tech Partner to design and develop our company website. Tech Partner first collected details about the company, our goals, and our business requisites. We narrowed my side’s needs and figured out how their services could best meet our requirements. Their team looked at how best to accomplish the project within our budget and offered us a competitive price. Tech Partner then designed and developed the site on WordPress. We took a frontloading approach in laying out and building the site’s content. They also integrated advertising and SEO strategy on our site. We lack analytics at the moment, but we have received excellent feedback on its professional and ability to load quickly. Tech Partner now checks in on the site regularly and fixes problems as they arise. At one point, I noticed that the site wasn’t showing up on Google; the team solved the issue within 24 hours. At another time, a client alerted me that a page was loading slowly; Tech Partner responded to the situation within three minutes ### 3. They did exactly what we needed **Recommendations to others considering Tech Partner:** If you’re looking for responsible, communicative, skilled in PHP (Laravel), JS (Vue.js), Wordpress developers, I am highly recommend getting in touch with Tech Partner. **What problems is Tech Partner solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a fairly large client that needed a qualified support a number of existing products. The projects were abandoned in short terms by the previous developers and we had to take over without any documentations, explanations, with legacy code in a pretty bad state. But the team managed to research all the given projects using just their own experience and understanding of how things should work; wrote a proper documentation; refactored and improved significally the projects codebase; made the projects are easy to hand over when it`s needed. The outcome was a straightforward, user-friendly, and incredibly successful UX for both Android and iOS apps. Our iOS and Android applications provide insightful, actionable 3-minute micro-podcasts with a variety of top-notch specialists. The podcasts' material is always "TRACK"—timeless, relevant, actionable, curated—knowledge, and they are designed to support listeners in their growth and improvement across a range of domains. The company's catchphrase is, "People get smarter with our app, and wise people create our app! Without the amazing help of the Tech Partner team, this would not have been feasible. Our goal was to develop applications for iOS and Android that would allow our target demographic to listen to 3-minute micro podcasts. We soon saw that the applications' user interface and experience would be crucial to their success, so we designed a design that would appeal to a high-end market made up of senior executives at large firms and founders of startup companies. Even new users of the app can quickly and easily discover relevant and appealing podcast material because to the innovative user interface design, which is both aesthetically pleasing and incredibly practical.
