I really like that TargetNXT provides data at a lesser cost with a quicker turnaround time compared to others. The data I got didn't have hard bounces above 4% and the B2B data leads resulted in about 2x leads over other providers, even closing a couple of deals, which is impressive. Eriin from their team offered helpful suggestions for improving our campaigns, which I found very valuable. I also appreciated that they delivered as promised, with data being provided in just 3 days. The team often responds a bit late, and they only provide a 1:1 replacement for hard bounces after 10%, even though we haven't faced it; it would be better if they could reduce it to 5%. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
