Guy has been incredible to work with from an onboarding perspective, taking any and all feedback to ensure we are setup to scale the usage of the tool across the entire engineering and product teams. **What do you dislike about TargetBoard?** It would be great to have the ability to add systems manually rather than going through their services team. They do provide generous amount of hours as part of the contract at a great value to ensure that you can always continue to add new sources as needed, so we haven't had it be a blocker. **What problems is TargetBoard solving and how is that benefiting you?** TargetBoard solves the ambiguity of engineering and product productivity. They give insight to myself and my team about what things are going well in our process, how are we tracking on our backlog, which engineers are carrying the weight of the team?
