TakeOff Automation Reviews & Product Details

RenderDraw TakeOff Automation eliminates the manual estimating work that happens before a quote is ever started. Using AI, it ingests blueprints, RFPs, BIM files, CAD drawings, PDFs, and spec sheets — reads, reviews, and digests the full project scope — then automatically pushes structured, quote-ready line items directly into your CRM or ERP system. What used to take days of manual takeoff work happens in under an hour, with no rekeying, no handoff errors, and no disruption to the systems your team already uses. Built-in human review gates and approval workflows mean your estimating and engineering teams stay in control at every step. Unlike standalone takeoff tools that end with a spreadsheet, RenderDraw TakeOff Automation connects directly to your system of record. Native integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Infor, Oracle, and more mean the output goes straight into your quoting workflow — automatically.
