Takeoff AI Reviews & Product Details

Takeoff AI is construction estimating software that automates bid document review and streamlines workflows. The software matches bid invitations to projects, analyzes drawings and specifications, identifies scope, and generates AI-powered project summaries for estimator review. Estimators start with organized project data ready for verification before preparing quotes. The software integrates with Markup AI, which creates marked-up drawings with sawcuts, work areas, and item counts while organizing quantities into color-coded legends. Production Tracker AI uses field data to compare planned versus actual output, track quantities, support billing, and build a production-rate database. Takeoff AI is designed to eliminate repetitive tasks while maintaining oversight, allowing teams to complete early project reviews and confirm bidding intent.
