"Content management made easy!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Systemware?

For nearly eight years, I've been part of this Systemware's journey, relying on a content management system. Their platform has significantly eased my work life and those of my collogues, swiftly resolving any issues that arise. Recently, we encountered trouble pulling multiple documents simultaneously, but Systemware promptly introduced the Content Packager. It enabled us to select and download numerous documents into a PDF or zip file, proving invaluable for subpoenas and research requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Systemware?

Nothing to dislike. If you have a problem they are eager to find a solution for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing content management tool for reports and documents"
5/5
What do you like best about Systemware?

Systemware Content Cloud tool migrated and replaced our legacy tool which supports our customer documents and production reports. The team supporting this migration understood the legacy challenges and met the mark to migrate our business processes and content of over 20+ years. Systemware staffing was very knowledgable on capturing our technical and business needs during the implementation.

Content Cloud supports a hybrid of mainframe and distributed platforms to capture a vast array of content types. There are amazing out-of-the-box features that our business users quickly adopted. Content Cloud does have the capabilities of creating Custom Application Modules to support unique business needs that allowed us to replace external custom code during our migration and continue to support with minimal business impacts to existing functionality. What do you dislike about Systemware?

The installation components was a learning curve for our company as we were not strong in Linux/Unix operating systems but there support staff walked us through the entire process and we are much more comfortable with the platform.

If you have an existing solution in place that you are migrating from, be prepared for a long project to capture all the needs. They will help you get there but be realistic with timelines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Systemware?

I have been leading a team that supports Systemware, among other tools, for almost two years. My experience is not "hands-on" with the product, but my observations during this time are that the software is remarkably stable. Leading other teams who support other content management programs, my perception is that Systemware is easier to administer compared to other applications with similar capability. I find that one stand out feature of working with Systemware is the support. The response and engagement of the technical and post sales support teams are excellent. Questions are answered in a timely manner and followup is done to confirm that needs are met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Systemware?

I have had positive experiences with the product and the Systemware teams. No dislikes readily come to mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best and smoothest production transition I've ever been involved in."
5/5
What do you like best about Systemware?

The systemware reporting system is a 100% upgrade in every way to the old system it replaced. Real time collecting, incredible flexibility, very easy to learn interface all backed by an incredible rollout team and support group. Our daily users love using the web based interface over the old mainframe emulation they suffered with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Systemware?

Programming replacement print bundles to be compatible with ancient mainframe AFP standards was painful but Systemware's excellent team held our hand every step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Systemware?

The only issue I've found, and I'm not certain it is a limitation of Systemware, is the inability to export generated reports in Excel format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Systemware?

Systemware Content Cloud is the replacement for our legacy archiving application. We have been using it for over five years, and it has come a long way since then. Systemware is constantly improving, constantly willing to accept feedback, and consistently seeks to improve user experience. Their support team always tries their best to understand any issues to resolve them as quickly as possible. Compared to our older application, it is much more robust and so much more customizable. Their software's architecture allows for endless possiblilities to solve for just about any business use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Systemware?

The dislikes are minimal, and while the application is close to perfect, it does have a few flaws. But I have no doubt that the team is striving to improve them. The application's error handling could use some improvement, and when solving for those errors, it takes a few too many steps to remedy the situation. I know that they are actively working on the software and continue to put out new versions containing enchantments and bug fixes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Systemware?

UFCU has worked with Systemware for over 10 years. As the Records Manager for UFCU and as the business relationship manager for Systemware, I have worked with them since the software was installed. Systemware has come a long way in development since the beginning, and they have made many improvements along the way. My organization uses this software to store member documents and reports. This software provides an organizational repository for easy access. The UI is easy to use, and the software allows us to manage the access levels for users. It allows us to set retention dates for deletion. Reports are exportable and searchable. Systemware has been willing to listen to our feedback for what we need and has worked with us to help configure their software to meet those needs. Everyone I have dealt with has been responsive and helpful. I very much enjoy working with Systemware, the team dynamic feels like a family and I've enjoyed the continued partnership we have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Systemware?

There were things I disliked such as not being able to acces some documents in groupings but that's been fixed - due to our feedback and Systemware responsiviness. At this point I don't have any dislikes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
