Because the LMS and DMS are integrated, the system creates read-and-sign courses automatically and distributes the requirements to users based on job role. The integration also means that all of your training records are in one place for comprehensive reporting and auditing. The system complies with 21 CFR Part 11 for regulated industries. These features such as electronic signatures, audit trails, and strong password policies are useful for all organizations. Law Enforcement features include firearms registration and qualification, training request administration and equipment management. The biggest positive we see with Syberworks is the amount of system flexibility that is available. To reach our business objectives, we needed a LMS solution that allowed direct interaction with the database to produce detailed sales and course reporting statistics.
