Survey lab lets you create an amazing survey experience for your respondents. The customization options available are innumerable, it also has multi-lingual capabilities which is one of its USPs. One major problem I faced with other survey software was compatibility across devices and browsers which SurveyLab made a breeze for me, it works seamlessly across browsers and devices. "Simple and Easy to use survey tool"

5/5

Describe the project or task SurveyLab helped with:

I was working with the Delhi government on a research project where we had to reach out to citizens, institutions and SMES for feedback on our concepts. Surveylab really helped me in reaching out to a wide audience and collect feedback. Post that, its analytics tool helped me in generating insights from the data as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurveyLab?

Its has a really simple user interface and while its easy to sign up for it, the best feature is its analytics tool which helps you generate really cool insights. Thats something missing on other platforms such as google forms or Surveymonkey etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyLab?

Sometimes data collection became an issue as respondents were not used to this platform and they were used to famous survey tools such as google forms etc, hence respondents had to sometimes be trained for filling the survey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SurveyLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

Main problem getting solved is generating meaningful insights from data collected because data is useless until we generate insights from it. Also most of the times, the person running the survey campaign is not so proficient in analytics tool to generate insights. This tool solves this major hurdle and gives a solution without any issue.
