"I WAS a satisfied SURFE user until they..."
0/5
What do you like best about Surfe?

Surfe was en an excellent tool for seamlessly uploading and syncing LinkedIn contacts into Pipedrive CRM. It integrates smoothly but slow, saving time and eliminating the need for manual data entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

The fact that they stopped a couple of services without notifying or documenting that in their wiki.

1. LinkedIn message sync

2. LinkedIn List Export 100 per day

3. That contact sync requires additional click if the contact is not in their database

4. No support button that works, you ned to go by a bot on a screen

5. Every click inside Surfe opens a new browser window

6. Pricing is high for the provided services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Must-Have LinkedIn Plugin for Anyone Using Pipedrive"
5/5
What do you like best about Surfe?

Since Covid we find it very hard to get put through to C level executives. We struggle to even get their email address let alone a mobile number. Since using Surfe as a plugin for Pipedrive, we have now been able to get many CXOs emails and mobile phones, from Linkedin, which has resulted in us having the ability to bypass many gatekeepers now. Linkedin Premium is fine but it does not always allow you too see correct contact details and often the email address that Linkedin Premium gives you is a personal one and rarely give you a phone number.

Getting it working with Linkedin was very easy. Just download the tool and away you go.

The ability to add a new business and contact to Pipedrive with one click has saved me countless hours when prospecting for potential targets.

If you use Linkedin to find organisations and C Level Execs, this is the Plugin you need. It is a must in todays sales environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Surfe is easily the best investment I've made for my workflow. It makes finding and connecting with my high-target ICP seamless. It’s efficient, has a great personality, and has saved me hours of manual work every week. "Outstanding Data Quality, Seamless Hubspot Integration, and Top-Notch Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Surfe?

The quality of the data is really ahead of their competitors when we run them head to head. In addition the UI is intuitive and the level of training and support so far has been second to none. Very impressed with the waterfall logic and their Linkedin Extension is incredible easy to implement. We're working out of Hubspot as a CRM and it integrates nicely with the ability to add prospects to sequences and lists as you are adding them to the CRM as well as adding notes, tasks and the enrichment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

Currently you are unable to choose to not enrich the email address. We have mostly inbound leads so we have already captured that and would like to focus on the phone numbers. However, the team say that this is in pipeline as a feature soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Surf: An Effective and Innovative Scraping Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Surfe?

I love that Surfe is super easy to use, which makes it very convenient. The interactions with the sales teams are also very pleasant. They have quite innovative features, especially regarding scraping, where they don't limit themselves to their own databases but reach out to up to 15 other providers to enrich the search. I feel like they have a high success rate in finding email data and phone numbers. Moreover, they often add new features, which is really great. For example, they offer a feature that allows you to find accounts similar to those you have already prospected and successfully sold to, which is fantastic for prospecting. Their interface is smooth, and the initial setup is very quick, just two minutes flat, no more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving LinkedIn-Salesforce Automation, But Email Credit Limits Frustrate"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Surfe?

The automation between LinkedIn and Hubspot is impressive and has saved me a significant amount of time. After using it extensively for the past few days, it has quickly become an essential part of my daily outreach routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

I understand why email credits are necessary, and I appreciate that you can disable automatic enrichment to trigger it manually. However, the email credits remain my main frustration with the service. I know I’ll quickly use up the 1,800 credits I receive annually, which will likely force me to upgrade to a higher tier, since that ends up being more cost-effective than purchasing additional credits separately. "It's MUST HAVE Software for LinkedIn Power Users"
5/5
What do you like best about Surfe?

The ease of setting up and transferring large amounts of enriched data to Hubspot in Surfe is unmatched. There are simply no other tools that are as easy to set up and use especially for the price point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

I don't derive a ton of use from the platform itself but working in LinkedIn and Hubspot is more than enough for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

The Chrome extension is less useful if you don’t use major CRM tools, as its value is tightly linked to those ecosystems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A game-changer for LinkedIn lead generation and CRM integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Surfe?

Surfe makes LinkedIn prospecting seamless by pulling enriched company and contact data directly into my CRM without the usual copy-paste headaches. I love how flexible the filters are — I can target by industry, revenue, employee size, and seniority to build highly qualified lists that actually match my ICP. The lookalike company feature is especially powerful for scaling outbound campaigns, and the integration with tools like Pipedrive saves me hours every week. It feels like Surfe was built for people who want clean, actionable data without the fluff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

The biggest drawback is that some filters, like department and technology, can feel limited or inconsistent depending on the dataset. Occasionally, I need to manually clean titles or remove irrelevant roles that slip through. I’d also like to see more automation options baked in, so I don’t always have to rely on external tools like Relay.app to complete the loop. These are small trade-offs though, considering how much time and structure Surfe already gives me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time CRM + LinkedIn Sync That Saves Time and Streamlines Lead Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Surfe?

The most advantage aspect of Surfe is that it can be connected to the CRM in real time and LinkedIn activity. It makes lead management easier, saves time on data entry, and enables me to spend more time on outreach than on administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Surfe?

Limited customization and occasional performance lag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
