**What do you like best about SupportBox?**

SupportBox consolidates all communication channels in one place, making it far easier to manage customer conversations from a single hub. I can handle, address, and resolve customer issues through one user-friendly interface, without needing to switch back and forth between multiple tools or platforms.

The UI could feel more modern, but the team is already working on improving it.

**What do you like best about SupportBox?**

What we value most is the ability to collaborate with colleagues on a single email, allowing us to craft the best possible response and provide the highest level of support to our customers. Supportbox also offers us an all-in-one solution, including AI chat, telephone management, and, naturally, email ticketing.

**What do you dislike about SupportBox?**

The app's design feels a bit outdated, but from what I understand, a redesign is in progress.

**What problems is SupportBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Every email from our customers now receives a response, which addresses the most significant issue we previously faced with Gmail and other solutions.

**What do you like best about SupportBox?**

I find it very easy to use SupportBox. It enables our customer support team to handle customer enquiries even when we’re not all in the same office. I like that we can adjust various features to suit our needs. Thanks to the use of AI, many questions coming through our website chat are now resolved automatically. The interface is simple, practical and truly user-friendly. Whenever I need help or want to change something, the SupportBox team responds quickly and gets everything sorted.

**What do you dislike about SupportBox?**

Nothing comes to mind. I have nothing to mention.

**What problems is SupportBox solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In SupportBox, we handle all of our customers’ inquiries that come in via email. We divide them into retail and wholesale, and most of them are processed in the retail category.
