"Seamless All-in-One Integrations That Keep Everything in One Window"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

All of the seamless integrations that allow me to work from ONE window! I can setup calendar meetings, share availability, set reminders for myself, as well as reply to emails, drafts, etc all in the same place. Saves bandwidth on my computer, my desktop, and my brain! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I have had some challenges integrating to Microsoft. The majority of my work and emails are through Google/GMail. I wish the Microsoft had all the same tools/accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Reminders, Needs Better Screen Utilization"
4/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I really value the reminder system in Superhuman Mail. It's better than anything out there for me. Setting quick reminders after sending an email helps ensure that I follow up with clients if they haven’t responded. The reminders are crucial because I track a lot of escrows and can't let anything slip through the cracks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The screen size makes it impossible to read some things that I have to switch to Outlook in order to read. The screen size because it's only using one third of my monitor. Images get shrunk. It's hard to see them. The screen size is definitely the thing that needs to be improved. The desktop app was locking up for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Bryn — appreciate the honest feedback 🙏

Happy to let you know that you can set an event notification by hitting Cmd+K → Calendar Settings and then tapping event notifications at the bottom to edit these settings. That said, the customization is a bit limited but I've went ahead and shared this with a wider team ⚡If you drop us a note to hello@superhuman.com, we’ll be happy to share updates on our progress💡

"Smart Send and shortcuts make email outreach faster and more effective"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

I like that I can use Smart Send to send emails when the customer is most likely to open them, and I can also see read receipts and engagement. I also like the shortcuts, which make it quicker and easier to get things done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Smart Send doesn’t work for a lot of emails, and I’d also love it if Superhuman could provide a way to re-trigger messages that bounced, or at least flag them clearly when they’re invalid email addresses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Prithvin 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to more reliably use Smart Send, re-trigger bounced messages, and clearly flag invalid email addresses would be really handy.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out this ability in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

"Superhuman’s Context-Aware AI Has Transformed My Inbox Productivity"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

As a chartered accountant running a busy practice, Superhuman has genuinely changed how I manage my inbox day-to-day. The AI assistant is the standout feature - I use it constantly to draft client emails in my own tone, chase overdue information politely, and even help with tax planning queries on the fly. It remembers my preferences, my clients, and my writing style, which saves a huge amount of time.

What really sets it apart is that the AI actually understands context. It can search my email history, cross-reference my calendar, and help me draft responses that are genuinely useful - not generic. For anyone running a professional services firm, it's a real productivity upgrade. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

Learning all the shortcuts will take some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Visual Clarity That Makes Inbox Triage Fast and Effortless"
4/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The visual clarity was the first thing that drew me in, and it fits my logical workflow perfectly. I really like how easy it is to sort through a massive inbox and make rapid decisions about where each message should go. When I’m managing a high-stakes workload, anything that reduces that mental “decision fatigue” is incredibly valuable. On top of that, switching between different accounts with a single click genuinely feels like magic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

On the desktop version, I find switching between accounts a bit more cumbersome than on the mobile app; it would be great to have a simple one-click icon, like on iOS. Also, while most keyboard shortcuts are helpful, a few don’t feel entirely intuitive and took me some time to commit to muscle memory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Kurt 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to switch between accounts on desktop with a simple one-click icon like on iOS, along with having more intuitive keyboard shortcuts, would be really handy.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out this ability in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

"Snooze, Hotkeys, and AI Drafts That Keep My Inbox Focused"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The ability to snooze or hide emails until they’re actually relevant is a standout feature for me. It creates a hyper-focused environment that helps me avoid inbox fatigue and stay on top of what matters. I also find the hotkeys essential for quick sorting, and using the AI to auto-draft replies saves me several minutes every morning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I’d love to see more native integrations with tools like ChatGPT or NotebookLM to better support my research workflow. The calendar integration could also be more robust. In particular, I miss being able to color-code different types of time blocks and invites, which often ends up forcing me to jump back into Google Calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sleek, Uncluttered Interface with a Fluid Split-Panel Composer"
4/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The interface is incredibly sleek and uncluttered, and that makes a huge difference in my day-to-day focus. I’m especially a fan of the split-panel composer, since it stays the same size as the preview window, which makes it feel very fluid to review and write at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I’d really love to see a native, built-in task tracker, or at least a deeper integration with one. The reminder system is great for follow-ups, but having a dedicated space to create and manage real task lists within the same interface would keep everything in one place and save me from having to jump back and forth between this and other project management tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Joe 👋🏻

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback with us! I totally hear you on this. Being able to have a native task tracker or deeper integrations with project management tools, directly within Superhuman would be really handy, especially for keeping everything organized in one place without constantly switching between apps.

Fortunately, we're planning to build out this ability in the near future. If you’d like to be updated on when we release this, please shoot us a note to hello@superhuman.com so we can close the loop 💫

"Game-Changing Speed and a Brilliant “Command + J” Shortcut"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

The speed of this platform is a real game-changer. The “Command + J” shortcut is the standout feature for me—it lets me turn rough thoughts into my own authentic voice while also formatting everything nicely. It also does a great job of preserving the context from my previous conversations, so I don’t have to waste time relying on external AI tools or constantly copy-pasting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The interface can be a bit tricky to navigate at times. When I’m scanning a long list, it’s not always easy to visually distinguish between different threads, and searching for specific past messages can feel a little clunky. On top of that, memorizing the large library of keyboard shortcuts takes a significant amount of time and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Rita 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this honest feedback!

It's definitely helpful, and I've made a note about your thoughts on thread visibility, search experience, and the learning curve around keyboard shortcuts to share with the team 📝

"Effortlessly Manages Emails with Intuitive Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

My favorite thing is definitely not having email anxiety anymore. I just know a few focused minutes GO FAR with Superhuman. 1. Easy to review and reply 2. Super easy to find old email and conversations 3. Organized and intuitive I really like Superhuman Mail because it organizes email in an easy way to see it. The interface is really good and the majority of the labels it does automatically are very helpful. It screens emails really fast and flags things that I miss, making my life better in general. I also appreciate having consistency in reviewing emails and finding the important ones. The integration with my calendar is practical too; it pops up on the right bar menu, providing visibility of my schedule without switching tabs, making it easy to suggest meeting times and schedule them there. The initial setup is extremely easy and very seamless, it kind of does itself! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

The first time I used Superhuman Mail, I neglected the training and couldn't use the platform to its full extent. My fault not theirs, but it's the only thing negative I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Instant Speed and a Clean Interface for a Smooth, Productive Flow"
5/5
What do you like best about Superhuman Mail?

Speed is the biggest highlight for me. Everything loads instantly, and the interface is exceptionally clean, which makes the whole experience feel less like a chore and more like a smooth, productive flow. The layout feels thoughtfully designed, helping me express my thoughts clearly without the usual visual distractions getting in the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Superhuman Mail?

I’d really like to see a unified inbox feature. Right now, having to switch between different accounts—even with shortcuts—still feels like something that could be streamlined further. A single, consolidated view of all incoming messages would make my daily triage faster and smoother, especially since I’m managing multiple streams at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Pia Regio of Superhuman Mail

Hey, Dean 👋🏻 thanks a ton for this feedback!

A Unified Inbox with a single, consolidated view across multiple accounts does sound like it would streamline things quite a bit. A few folks have requested this previously, so I wouldn't be surprised if we build it down the line! If we do, and you’d like to be updated on a future release, drop us a note at hello@superhuman.com and we’ll reach out 💫
