You get what you pay for? The program is Site and Sponsor/CRO friendly with built-in flexibility to adapt to the user's needs. They provide outstanding customer service and it's 21 CFR Part 11 compliant with validation documents and SOPs available for Sponsor review/approval. **What do you dislike about Study eSafe?** I honestly don't have anything specific that I dislike about the program. **What problems is Study eSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps streamline the study startup process as we can provide our CRO/Sponsor partners with direct access to our regulatory administrative binder. They have the ability to view & download all required regulatory documents in one location. The program also allows for the site to manage the ISF remotely and monitors to also review essential documents remotely. ### 3. It is easy to share access with the appropriate staff. **What do you dislike about Study eSafe?** eSafe has very few things to dislike and if you have an issue the support team is immediately in the issue and fixes it. **What problems is Study eSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have greatly reduced paper. The binder structure is flexible and includes document audit trails, e signatures and shared documents. Set up was easy with supplied training materials and validation documents. **What do you dislike about Study eSafe?** The limit of 3 levels of folders has required us to rethink some of our folder structures. Ideally, we would like more folder levels or unlimited folder levels to increase file organization. **What problems is Study eSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** We researched a large number of eRegulatory systems, most were too complicated or too expensive. Study esafe is free and our regulatory files are 100% compliant and secure. ### 5. The platform allows you to customize user permissions based on role and is really easy to use. Now that I've used it I can't really imagine ever going back to a paper binder process. Love the redaction capabilities on the platform, much faster than my previous redaction methods. **What do you dislike about Study eSafe?** Study eSafe doesn't link to any clinical trial management software or have any budget/invoice tools. **What problems is Study eSafe solving and how is that benefiting you?** Saves a ton of time by sharing common documents with monitors rather than putting into individual binder. Really like the redaction tools, expriation tracking and reports. Much easier to set up virtual monitoring visits, nearly eliminating all of the onsite visits. ### 6.
