It's free, BUT you get far more value than you would expect for being free. The program is Site and Sponsor/CRO friendly with built-in flexibility to adapt to the user's needs. As a non-profit we love that Study eSafe is free, but, also has all the features we need for our regulatory files. The binder structure is flexible and includes document audit trails, e signatures and shared documents. Set up was easy with supplied training materials and validation documents. Study eSafe is free and allows you to set up binders and study folders however you like. The platform allows you to customize user permissions based on role and is really easy to use. Now that I've used it I can't really imagine ever going back to a paper binder process. Love the redaction capabilities on the platform, much faster than my previous redaction methods.
