They are easy to reach when you have a problem, and are quick to find solutions. Pinot as a product is astonishingly fast. It has completely changed how we view our database capabilities. **What do you dislike about StarTree?** While Pinot is amazing, it's still pretty wet behind the ears. We have run into a number of bugs and or missing features that have stopped us in our tracks.
