What do you like best about SpotHopper?

Great experience and very intuitive platform. It offers a lot of useful tools for managing and improving our online presence. What stood out the most was the level of support I received.

Stephen Bell, our Brand Manager, was extremely helpful throughout the process. He answered all of my questions and took the time to walk me through the platform while providing valuable insights on how to better utilize the tools available. His guidance made a big difference in helping me feel confident using the system and getting most out of it.

What do you like best about SpotHopper?

I like that I have control over content; text, photos, pricing, availability. The pricing is fair and we no longer have to deal with additional/outdated plug-ins. Our online orders have allowed us to increase our sales. We have never experienced any difficulties with our site and it performs quite smoothly. The pre-scripted posts to our social media allows us to free up our time and having the option to manually tweak the posts to fit our customer base is awesome. What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

What do you like best about SpotHopper?

The support team is excellent at SpotHopper! Our Customer Success Agent, Jim Sredojevic, does a wonderful job. Jim and the rest of the support team are incredibly helpful, kind, thoughtful, and quick to respond. We appreciate all that they do for our restaurant websites! What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

There's not much to dislike about SpotHopper. I only wish I had a little more control to edit the websites quickly myself. There are certain features that you can edit yourself on the backend, but others that you can't. However, like I mentioned, the support team is excellent at handling the edits that I can't! What do you like best about SpotHopper?

SpotHopper’s customer service team is very active and supportive. I usually don’t have to wait long to hear back from our representative, and they’re always open to our ideas. If we can dream it, they do their best to make it happen.

Sasha is the BEST! Give that lady a raise. She truly goes above and beyond—she’s consistently there for us and does everything she can to make sure we’re happy with what we’re working on. We’ve been blessed to have her in our corner.

On the platform side, SpotHopper is super easy to use. Even with zero marketing experience or skills, it’s simple to navigate and to integrate what you need, whether you’re making enhancements to your site or trying to get more out of the platform overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

There are some minor programming challenges that we wish we could overcome. SpotHopper can do a lot of things, but they can't do everything. Also, the posts that get generated for us to post could be a little more organic. They feel like a computer is putting them together and a missing that personal touch. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

I appreciate how SpotHopper has allowed me to improve my website and enhance my Google reviews, making it easier for customers to find my Italian restaurant. The overall presentation of my website is nicer, and it's a lot easier for me to manage on my own. I also like being able to send out emails to customers and engage with them more effectively, using the website as a marketing tool. My account representative Trysten has been amazing from day one, consistently reaching out to offer help and being tremendously supportive throughout the process. We’ve had a great experience with SpotHopper. The platform is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and makes managing website updates simple and efficient.

At this point, I honestly haven’t run into any major issues that would cause me to dislike SpotHopper. The platform has been reliable, easy to use, and straightforward. Honestly, my only complaint about SpotHopper is that I didn’t know about them sooner. I really appreciate SpotHopper for managing our website and social media marketing effectively. Their quick response and ability to update anything we need instantly is a big plus. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

I love how SpotHopper streamlines our operations by bringing everything under one roof, allowing us to manage reservations, bookings, and customer communications seamlessly. The calendar view is my favorite as it keeps our lounge rentals organized. I appreciate being able to upload new events and workshops effortlessly on the back end of the website. The reservation and booking systems have transformed how we operate, making the process more efficient and reducing the risk of missed opportunities. Their quick assistance with technical issues is invaluable, given my busy schedule as a business owner. The ease of use is another highlight, making daily operations much smoother. What do you dislike about SpotHopper?

I think the offerings for the emails, social posts could be more user friendly. The email templates are difficult to get exactly what I need. I also think the social media manager could be better. The email templates are hard to manipulate the way I need it to be. There isn't much freedom for editing and changing, so I feel like I have to settle just to get something out. What do you like best about SpotHopper?

I liked the marketing tools offered by SpotHopper, especially the social media templates and email blasts scheduling, which made things easier for me. The catering and special events scheduling was very helpful for booking out our food truck. The best thing about SpotHopper is the customer support I receive from Jim Serdojevic. He is patient and always goes above and beyond to help someone like me who is 'technologically dummy.' He always returns my emails and calls and follows up to make sure I understand what he is explaining to me. I can't say enough good things about him!
