"Intuitive, Evolving Platform That’s Improved Our Practice Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about splose?

We've been using Splose to manage our occupational therapy practice for several years, and overall it's been a great platform. It's intuitive, continually evolving, and backed by a company that is clearly committed to innovation and improving the product. The team is responsive, and new features are released regularly, which gives us confidence that the software will continue to grow with our business.

Overall, Splose is an excellent practice management system that has significantly improved our workflows and efficiency. With continued attention to the fundamentals alongside its innovative roadmap, I believe it has the potential to be the leading practice management platform for allied health. What do you dislike about splose?

We would love to see a greater focus on refining the core functionality before introducing more advanced features such as AI. Some of the everyday features that practices rely on, particularly report template formatting, still need improvement. As a healthcare provider, the reports we produce are a direct reflection of our professionalism, and limitations in formatting can make it difficult to create polished, consistent documents.

We've also provided feedback on a number of practical workflow enhancements over the years, and while Splose is receptive to suggestions, some of these fundamental improvements can take quite a long time to be implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Fast Updates, Great Value for Small Business"
5/5
What do you like best about splose?

I have been a Splose subscriber since 2021 and have trialled other systems, but with the needs of my mini business, Splose was the easiest to use. The team are always open for feedback and in the recent NDIS price changes, made the necessary update to help us with line item compliance in a short amount of time. I understand some subscribers have asked or potential customers are looking for a Splose app to use on mobile/tablet devices but the "direct" access to the Splose platform using your device's internet browser works perfectly fine as the interface adjusts to the size of your device. I have used Splose on my iphone, ipad and Macbook Air and have never had an issue. The changes/notes made happens straightaway rather than relying on a separate app to transfer that data. Integration with Google cal and Outlook - only one way sync to outlook though. I occasionally use the AI feature as I use another separate platform for that. Pricing is reasonable for the features. Overall, very satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

I wouldn't call them dislike or least helpful. As I am a predominantly Microsoft 365 user (dont ask why) I have worked around the one-way sync of the Splose calendar. I can still see all my appointments on Outlook cal but since I use the Splose platform more than the outlook calendar so that just works for me.

Downsides I dont see any. You would be a very picky subscriber who wants everything for the price. If that's the case you should just make your own platform :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple UI, Handy Xero Integration, and Proactive NDIS Updates"
4.5/5
What do you like best about splose?

We've been using Splose for about 2 years now. They have a simple and easy to navigate UI/UX interface which we love. They recently updated "busy times" with more variety that helps staff manage their schedule better. The Xero integration is handy and really reduces admin time for overlaps. Splose has been a great CRM in keeping tracking of client cases. So great to see how proactive they are in keeping up with changes to the NDIS and rolling out relevant features for businesses in the industry. The Helpdesk chat is always efficient and helpful with any queries.

We've yet to utilise the AI function for notes due to costs but can imagine it being very handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

Nothing we dislike at the moment about Splose. Love how they allow a space for everyone to contribute ideas and they ACTUALLY listen and make these changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Client Management with Great Xero Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about splose?

Splose makes it easy to store, record and view client data and appointment details. Navigation is easy, along with creating forms to suit your needs. I think it's super user friendly once you get the hang of it. The integration with Xero is great, and the Splose AI feature is helpful although I'm yet to fully utilise it's capabilities. I think the pricing is fair, and the AI support chat and help guides are useful for quick answers. Sometimes the response from the human support agents can be slow, but it's not that often that I need to contact them. Overall I would say the performance of Splose is great. There are a few areas that I think could do with improving, but they have a section where you can submit ideas so hopefully some of my submissions turn into edits on the site. What do you dislike about splose?

Batch invoicing saves me time, however there's no way for individual notes from calendar entries to come across onto the invoices. This can only be done during the invoicing process, which in my opinion negates the batch feature. We've had to work around this using many different services to try and accurately convey details from the appointment onto the invoice. However it would be ideal if the appointment notes section on the calendar could automatically appear on the invoice, or a similar feature. This way the practitioner can write exactly what happened in the appointment directly into the calendar, and then during invoicing this just appears on the invoice. This would be extremely helpful for services like ours who have NDIS participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Splose Makes Client Management Smooth and Reliable."
4.5/5
What do you like best about splose?

I have used Splose since starting my private practice. It takes the hassle out of client management. Easy to schedule clients, send automatic appointment reminders which decrease DNA's and batch invoicing which is great. It would be good in the future if they integrated with Hnry, but I am aware that they do integrate with Xero (but this is too expensive as a solo practitioner.

I found that Splose was a more affordable option as a solo practitioner. Great help videos and support available. I am aware that it has AI available but I have not utilised this. Performance is fast and means that I spend less time on admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

Does not integrate with Hnry. It would be good if it displayed overdue invoices first without having to filter . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive All-in-One for Clinical Documentation, Scheduling, and Invoicing"
5/5
What do you like best about splose?

As a practitioner running a mobile OT practice, Splose handles everything I need in one place. The UI/UX is clean and intuitive; no bloat, easy to navigate on the go. Integrations with my calendar and Xero are seamless and save me re-entering data everywhere. Performance is reliable; it loads fast and I've had almost no downtime.

Pricing/ROI is well worth it. The hours I save on documentation and invoicing more than justify the cost. Support is very good and quick. The newer AI features for note-taking and admin are a nice bonus that keeps getting better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

Honestly, very little. The main thing I'd like to see improved is the form building tool, which can occasionally be a bit glitchy. Beyond that, it does everything I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Smooth CMS with Incredible Support and Great Value"
5/5
What do you like best about splose?

It is really simple to use, whilst also providing everything I need out of a CMS. Typically, it runs smoothly, although more recently there have been some delays, Splose have been on to it and working through fixing it's response speed.

I use Xero as the only integration but it is really quick and easy to set up and never had any difficulties with it.

Price wise, I think it is great value for money, I pay extra for the AI function but would love to see the sms function included in the base price.

Support has been incredible, nothing is ever too much to ask. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

I would like to see the sms function included in the base price - just for sms reminders alongside emails, not a dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using splose as a small UK based speech and language therapy practice."
4.5/5
What do you like best about splose?

Splose has so much functionality, digital forms to streamline our processes, automatic reminders for our clients and a great view of the team diary. I can integrate splose with Xero and outlook.

The AI help bot 'Bobby' has been great. He has been able to answer all our questions so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

We had 2 minor issues with the data migration: 1) the progress notes for each client were not copied over in order and 2) the third party contact details were not copied over. As we work with children, the third party information was their parents information, but our work around was to email our caseload to introduce splose and ask them to complete an 'update your details' form. The form sent was embeddable so copied straight over to the client record. The progress notes ordering issue was not resolved, but it has been easy enough to search for past notes if needed using the search function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth, Seamless ACC Integration with Reliable Autosave and Great Pricing"
5/5
What do you like best about splose?

Interface is smooth and aesthetically pleasing, it's easy to get where I need to with the tabs at the top of the screen. Integration with ACC was seamless, I am able to search for claims and add them to patients easily. Splose is reliable and speedy when autosaving my progress notes. Splose has some of the best pricing for a practise management system that I have found. Finding help has always been easy with the AI assistant Bobby, and i managed to get everything set up and customised within my first week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

Would be cool to be able to customise the home screen/interface. I don't like the new feature where I have to put an authenticator number in when logging in as it is a hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, All-in-One Practice Management That Streamlines Scheduling, Notes, and Billing"
4/5
What do you like best about splose?

I like that splose brings the core parts of allied health practice management into one clean, easy-to-use platform. Scheduling, notes, invoicing and NDIS admin feel much more streamlined, which saves time and reduces unnecessary double-handling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about splose?

The main drawback is that splose does not currently offer two-way sync with Outlook calendar, which makes it harder to manage multiple calendars and creates unnecessary double-handling. It would also benefit from a stronger task manager and CRM-style workflow tools, as this would make follow-ups and client management more efficient. Another limitation is that documents need to be edited through external software, which increases the risk of duplicate files or version-control issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
