Sophos professional services was prompt to support until all Servers went to live production. ### 2. And we will have an upper hand to discuss any challenges during the project. **What problems is Sophos Professional Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** They assist in the device's deployment and help configure initial configuration and booting up the device. Specifically their virus and network protection. **What do you like best about Sophos Professional Services?** It was great when it was working. It stopped threats over the network, email and non-network level protection. Sophos was able to identify vulnerabilities before they became an issue so we could address them. **What do you dislike about Sophos Professional Services?** The worst part was the deployment and management of the software itself. Setting up a PXE image with Sophos and Sophos licensing was not intuitive. The software that was part of the bundle used an incredible amount of computer resources, which ultimately caused many of our users computers to bog down and become unusable at some points. **Recommendations to others considering Sophos Professional Services:** I would recommend getting a hands on and in-depth training for your IT and security teams. Its better to use the support services as a final resort **What problems is Sophos Professional Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were attempting to solve network security and local machine security. It was great to know that being a full enterprise technology, their 3rd party services were well rounded and detected a huge number of threats. ### 8. Put more subnets from provider line together, to increase capacity and speed. **What do you like best about Sophos Professional Services?** A quick and professional approach where we managed to solve the problem together. Sophos was able to connect directly to the device and set up subnets with us. Without a problem, Sophos passed with flying colors! **What do you like best about Sophos Professional Services?** This is a great tool that we used for encryption, endpoint security, cyber security, etc. I was very impressed with how well this software worked on Mac and Windows. When I was working at this company there were some security companies that wouldn't work well on both Mac & Windows. However, that wasn't the case for Sophos! **What do you dislike about Sophos Professional Services?** I can't think of anything I didn't like. I was all around very satisfied with Sophos and everything that they and they're software offered us. ### 14.
