What problems is Sophos Professional Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for support to implementation Sophos Intercept X (MDR solution) to our client , Client has heterogenous enviroment with Multiple Servers with different OS and multiple locations across globe.

Describe the project or task Sophos Professional Services helped with:

Our company used Sophos to deploy enterprise level security across 5 different locations. Specifically their virus and network protection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sophos Professional Services?

It was great when it was working. It stopped threats over the network, email and non-network level protection. Sophos was able to identify vulnerabilities before they became an issue so we could address them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sophos Professional Services?

The worst part was the deployment and management of the software itself. Setting up a PXE image with Sophos and Sophos licensing was not intuitive. The software that was part of the bundle used an incredible amount of computer resources, which ultimately caused many of our users computers to bog down and become unusable at some points. I would recommend getting a hands on and in-depth training for your IT and security teams. Its better to use the support services as a final resort Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
