There’s honestly very little to dislike. The only small area for improvement might be initial deployment time for large networks, as it requires careful rollout planning. It wasn't the most expensive solution but certainly not the cheapest. I also did not like the interface and setup, it was confusing and Sophos would often need to be contacted to figure out some problem or workaround to get it to work correctly.
