The single view of all devices is great as it shows what's outstanding with clear alerts, which helps in prioritizing tasks. It's also beneficial for compliance and vulnerability management. I find it very easy to set up, as after a few initial installs, the rest can be done via group policy. **What do you dislike about SonicWall Capture Client?** Uninstalling SonicWall Capture Client can be convoluted, but by exporting the keys via Excel, we managed to overcome this when repurposing devices. Also, integration with other SIEMs could be more readily available and work both ways. **What problems is SonicWall Capture Client solving and how is that benefiting you?** SonicWall Capture Client helps with compliance and vulnerability management by providing a single view of all devices. It shows clear alerts and a prioritized order, helping us incorporate patching and cyber threat priorities into daily business activities. ### 2. Plus, the reasonable pricing makes it a good deal, and the setup is simple since everything can be configured through the portal. **What do you dislike about SonicWall Capture Client?** On lower-end PCs, it does hamper the performance of the device. Better optimization is needed to ensure that it runs flawlessly on lower-end PCs with 8GB of RAM. **What problems is SonicWall Capture Client solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SonicWall Capture Client for securing PCs. It monitors for security issues and blocks unwanted apps. I love its endpoint protection, cloud management, easy deployment, antivirus, and advanced threat protection. Allows you to "unjunk" the email and the sender. **What do you dislike about SonicWall Capture Client?** I have had issues in the past where I put a sender into the "allowed" list and emails from them still get caught by this. It finally started working correctly after doing this on at least 5 separate emails. I was at least still be able to see the emails and they weren't put straight into a spam folder or blocked altogether. **What problems is SonicWall Capture Client solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps keep spam emails out of my main inbox and not clog it up. It sends emails every few hours with a summary of the emails it caught so that I can review that at a later time. ### 5. It does not seem to require as many resources to do a scan. It is also straightforward to deploy in large environments and has a decent web management portal. **What do you dislike about SonicWall Capture Client?** It seems like Capture Client is always out of date. It does not support newer versions of Mac OS. Up until recently, it did not support M1 Macs. The documentation on Capture Client is abysmal. It leaves much work for trying to figure out how to get everything configured. **What problems is SonicWall Capture Client solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to centralize our AV into a single platform. Our goal is to be able to deploy and manage AV software from a single location. SonicWall offers that with their suite of web management tools that centralize all management into one spot. ### 16.
