The support team is very capable and quick, the product team listens to our feedback and we’ve seen the results in our product shortly thereafter. **What do you dislike about TrendMiner?** With any analytics platform, the use cases can get complicated quickly, but TrendMiner has extensive training documentation and we’ve built some of our own internally to complement that for our business. **What problems is TrendMiner solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an administrator, this is my favorite application to manage. The upgrades are easier than any upgrade I’ve ever done, the troubleshooting is fantastic - I just send TrendMiner support my log files and they get back to me with a fix or a patch very quickly, but it’s very rare I’ve ran into issues. This is one of the least problematic softwares I manage, and I manage over 50 different Enginnering apps. ### 4. Every time we have wanted more information or have had problems developing something on the platform, they have helped us in a fairly short time. In the worst case scenario, if there is nothing that can be done, they propose it as an improvement for their next version. **What do you dislike about TrendMiner?** Something that happens when being so flexible and continuously adopting new features is that users sometimes have trouble adapting to the changes, and as soon as they manage to do so, it doesn't take long before another change occurs.
