Softaken IMAP Mail Backup Tool is an easy way to back up and store IMAP emails locally in multiple file formats. It allows users to back up complete IMAP mailboxes or selected folders and transfer emails to another account or email application. It supports popular email providers including Gmail, Google Workspace, Office 365, Yahoo Mail, AOL, Hotmail, Outlook.com, Zoho Mail and many others. It allows users to save emails in several formats, such as PST, EML, MSG, MBOX, EMLX, PDF, etc. The software comes with a clean and modern interface that makes navigation simple. A full preview option allows users to view mailbox data before starting the backup. Advanced filter options help users select and export the required emails, while the duplicate removal feature helps avoid saving the same emails more than once. Users can also split PST files by size for easier management. The tool helps protect emails from accidental deletion and server outages and allows users to access backed-up emails without an internet connection. It supports Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, and 7 and does not require technical expertise to operate.
